We read the reports on nutrition between farm and conventional and the results are minimal. Your body doesn’t know the difference. We are talking nanograms

I eat 2-3 eggs occasionally for breakfast. Bit I need to have some ham, bacon or sausage with them. I dont like eggs that much. I like hard boiled eggs with Tabasco sauce, instead of salt and pepper.

This is exactly vipassana meditation. His claim that yoga nidra or NSDR is different than meditation is false. Huberman makes statements with such authority that people just assume he’s right.

honestly the way i look at it is, yes caffeine and nicotine and drugs but they aren't intoxicants, they don't impair your judgment, we don't live a simplistic hunter gatherer life anymore and the industrial world we live in was literally built on caffeine and nicotine so I'm not ashamed of ripping chinos and caffeine pills.

Never was a big drinker and not a fan of the taste, so stopping was never a problem. I’d only drink every once in a while when my friends would drag me to a bar. Don’t have to be drunk to have fun 🙂.

I find it interesting that you recommended 80% or higher. Which I actually think is more attainable for people. I have seen HIIT research suggest 90% or above which is hard to do and take multiple bouts to build up total time. 80% is still high but more attainable and repeatable.

I love drinking but Andrew is 100% correct. I think even drinking a little bit, occasionally is bad for you. When I do go weeks without drinking everything about my life is just better.

My mother had horses to take care of in her mid fifties to late sixties. Since they were on her property she did all the work herself, shoveling out the barn twice a day, carrying buckets and feed, pushing wheelbarrow with heavy loads. Other than that no exercise at all. She is now 93, mind and body in good condition, has a rosy complexion that you don’t often see in the elderly; she has had multiple falls due to arthritic knees, but no broken bones. My point of course is that staying fit can be accomplished by doing things that you love, incorporated into your life. Also know a couple in their early nineties whose main activity for years was gardening and landscaping their own property. They got lots of sunlight, fresh air, exercise and enjoyed what they were doing and each others company.
