Sir muja pala L4,5 disc buldge tha.but ab mri mein kuch ni ata hy.but pain thigh aur hip pain hota hy.itana zaida be ni hota hy.but koi be kam ni ker sakta.30 minutes sa zaida bath be ni sakti.plz reply.ik hakeem ka pass gia tha.us na toe foot pe jerk laga.ik crackin sound ai kamer sa.us ke three days badd bilkul fine tha.ab mri mein kuch be ni ata hy.only modic changes ati hyn.L4,5 mein.koi zaida problem to ni ho ga??
