Man, the video with the girl in the hoodie reminded me of something. A few years ago, due to the fact that a friend of mine betrayed my trust, I became very closed off. I just couldn’t bring myself to open up to anyone, I essentially developed trust issues, which to this day I still feel the effects of (I’m better now, don’t worry). Now, I’m from Italy, and girls and women here are much different than in the US. That said, one time during my third/fourth year of high school we went to a place where we could learn something related to German culture (I studied foreign languages, and still am right now in University), and one of the things they made us do was write a word on a piece of paper that was related to our biggest fear. As you can imagine, I felt uneasy at the prospect of being outed like that, most of all since there were only nine guys, including me, in a class of twenty one people. But, since the papers were piqued casually, I thought “Why not? I might not even be piqued”, so I wrote the word (I don’t remember exactly what word did I write, but it had to do with what I said before). Of course at some point my paper was piqued and I had to explain why I wrote what I wrote. I didn’t go into too much details, but I explained the fear I had and how I couldn’t bring myself to open up. The first one to break the brief silence that followed that was a female classmate of mine that said “(my name), we love you”. Like, it might not have been much, but I opened up about something personal, and the fact that no one was judging me made me feel good, and made me feel for the first time like I wasn’t alone.

But it's not false that ELECTRONICS and tech stuff will go far with us ; you just gotta know what we personally prefer. If a guy is a major gamer, then yeah, PS5 is a hit. But some of us not so much. I prefer hi-fi audio and music stuff - pre-recorded albums, blank media, proper equipment (usually vintage stuff from the 80s and 90s), plus other non-techtronics based interests - but I'm VERY particular, so you gotta know ME and what I really like. My point is : KNOW the man, do not assume we ALL like the same crap, lol. Unless it has boobs.
