Listening to Coach Lee, I got my ex back in 63 days. I followed what he said exactly and it really, really works. He knows his stuff peeps. I was the chaser in the situation, now the tables have turned. No contact is how you learn how to take back your personal power. It's a psychological journey that is SO valuable. Now all I have to figure out how to proceed with caution and take things very slowly.

No Contact is no joke! It’s not just no contact, you have to energetically leave the building. That is key. You have to literally be completely moved on. Sad but true. It worked for me, but by the time they reached out I had already mourned them and moved on.

This son of mine was DEAD but now he is ALIVE. Learn from this. God does not play games.

Guys I have great news. I've officially gotten my ex back !!. The love of my life. It was v tough but I did it. Thorough persistence, some calculated effort, and short spurts of the " No contact rule", until she contacted me. You also have to show them although b you them, that you're capable of letting go. It was alot but I'm so happy we're back together and working on things TOGETHER. I wish all of you success in getting yours back as well, if they're truly worth it and things can be made right. 6:25 this is really what happens most of the time. Dumpers are testing the waters when you do no contact for some time. Responding to their messages politely doesn’t break the no contact rule. Most of the time, dumpers will be casual like asking how are you doing. Ignoring them makes them fall back again and you will be stuck again in the waiting game. All you have to do is respond casually too. No serious replies not unless your ex admits everything. Dont forget they are the ones who dumped you. 15:02 this is also true. A lot of times, the reason they are reaching out to you because they are in their down times. Just be chill on your replies, do them casually not unless your ex makes a grand gesture of admitting the fault and wants to compromise and wants you back.

It's true, when they leave you, you feel insecure and worse. But the feeling of superiority comes when your ex wants you back. And here comes all the toxicity and a little sense of revenge. You act like you don't care. It's always a bad idea to go back to your ex after a bad breakup. ALWAYS!"

1.5 months of no contact from me, cried a little the first day or two, and then straight cold turkey. I’m just starting the process of staying away from my ex. I picked my things up yesterday. It’s been 2’weeks since he actually broke it off. I’d been going through everything over and over in my mind. He didn’t want to do it, but did not know how to get through to me. In other words, my horrible past kept me from just diving in to move in with him. He’s not mean to me, but got frustrated and wouldn’t calmly communicate with me. @Coach Lee: The problem is that all of my exes are either Dismissive Avoidant or Fearful Avoidant attachment styles, pathological narcissists, or both- and the abject cruelty of the way they end the relationship is an absolute dealbreaker to my ever letting them into my life again, no matter how good the rest of it might have been or how sorry they may claim to be. My second problem with this type of coaching is that it constantly tells the discarded partner to suppress their own needs to express our justified hurt and anger at the way we were dumped; along with our justified demand for amends and reparations for harms done. Every one of your videos that I've listened to keeps telling the dumpee to shove that all under the rug, then when the ex comes back, "don't act mad at them because they might have a feeling they don't like and go away again." Um, what right does that person have to comfort or convenience after what they did? Why should it be considered normal for them not to have to suffer pain or face any consequences for their actions, and why should we not get to require that they make it right? It's been very useful listening to these and going No Contact, because as I've done so I've realized what I'm simply not going to put up with, and if getting an ex back means having to accept the treatment I got on their way out and act like it never happened, no ex is worth that.

Everything Coach Lee says is true, I am astonished to say the least. My shorttime BF broke up with me after five months. He reappeared after two months and faded away again. After another four month I got e text long as a theater curtain, apologies, missing me etc, heat emojis, all that. I went into NC immediately without much hope but keeping my pride. Thankfully I found Lees Vids and followed to the T.... Now I will be kind and slow and see if its real. But still..... WOW!!!!!

Coach Lee is right. My ex dumped me and went back to his ex fiancee. They got engaged within 5 weeks, but week 8 he was telling me that ship had sailed. Lol so I asked you have some one else why are you contacting me. He blocked me. Rollon 4 months he connects with regret he wasn't happy couldn't decide who he wanted. Oh OK why not focus on your fiancee. Right now they are still engaged going to marriage counselling. I am single and staying in my lane. One Year later he is still trying to message and get me to go hiking with him. No game playing just quiet and not discussing my life and how much better it is without him. The coach is so right.

Sticking to no contact and felt courageous about this. I know my ex will realize this one day that this would happen. Got teary eyed while watching this, I'm feeling courageous while on the other side, if he come back or not I know I'm processing my emotions on the right way and let this flowed until I'm fully healed. My ex reached out to me 48 days into no contact. “Hey how have you been?” I responded but kept it light and controlled but wanted to create an element of reservation. You have very direct honest advice. You go further into what happens with your ex and and the psychology. I won't lie no contact is sometimes the hardest thing to do but it is the most effective. A girl I was talking to things were really good then poof she disappeared. I went into no contact. 5 months later she contacted me and ask me "what are we to each other, are we going to be happy again?" I am being polite but I am not saying yes taking slow.

I got to the point of if US the dumpee's are the ones 9/10 working on ourselves after the break up and our exes arent working to better themselves..why would we want them back anyway 🤷🏽‍♀️ ...noones perfect everyone could improve themselves in some way ❤❤❤❤..we get them back then what???? Really excellent video, Coach Lee is absolutely right, the power of time is on your side. In my case my long time Girlfriend of 5 years dumped me and then went to work in Australia. After about 2 months of no contact she sent me a text, l made the mistake of ignoring her before l watched Coach Lee advice, then thought, ok l have probably blown it. One year later she contacted me again and asked if we could get back together and "be like we used to be", she even apologised, l was so shocked. I will never underestimate the power of time again.

I moved over here for her. Left my family behind. Went through a year long distance. Have heart issues when I used to be healthier than ever at 25. 27 now. Been struggling very much mentally. Just left after 3 years because things got tough. Im moving 3 hours away. Don't think no contact will do anything for me. I'm having to move out in a month. She has her toxic friends and mom in her ear. Her therapist. Also of them who truly don't know who I am. All Ive done for this person. Over the years she's done everything. More than anyone else has for me. I have nothing bad to say about her. She was my support when family wasn't there. She was everything. This all could've been fixed with communication and minor effort that would've gone a long way. She's turned cold as if I did her so wrong and I didnt. This last winter I struggled with the worst depression of my life. I never sought help. I just became a zombie and that separated us slowly. I am now seeing help. I just can't believe this is real. As a person who struggles with anxiety and depression herself, she has always told me we didnt come this far just to come this far. Now she is gone.

Update on my previous text thatmy ex contacted me exactly after two months. So Now she is playing hot and cold. Like today we met for a short while and she was sitting quite at a distance and was asking for some gifts which i denied. Guys, trust me, no contact works like magic. It gives you back your freedom. Now if she texts or not, doesnt matter anymore. I was as doomed as anyone, would cry to bits, not talking to anyone, but listening to Coach Lee videos made me stronger day by day. It's the hardest thing to do especially if you are used to talking to each other,I pray to God to strengthen me as I begin the no contact rule.
