Don’t ever take back someone who has dumped you, it can & will never be the same again…..particularly if they’ve cheated or monkey-branched. The magic you had has been destroyed & will never be found again with THAT person.

When ex comes back it just boosts our ego but we find hard to trust them So giving someone second chance is challenging and needs lot of work from both sides

If you forced their hand by refusing to act right and you've done work on yourself, then it'd be better to work on a for sure relationship than fishing for everyone else's ex.

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can’t stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail. I’m frustrated, and i don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts, but i can’t. I don’t know why I’m saying this here, but i really miss her and i wish i could get her back.

83 days NC and I'm so focused on me I don't care if she comes back or not now. We split contact with our daughter and that's good enough for me

Excellent advice. So many "coaches" suggesting 30, 60, 90 days are misleading people. It may take 6 months + to just process the breakup. If it's been a long term relationship maybe longer. If there's a rebound before then, that only interferes with or postpones the grieving process.

If they dumped you and monkey branched don’t ever take them back, they will cheat again. You should block them on social media, email and phone! Go no contact so they can’t check on you! In time you’ll heal and find someone who is worthy of you!

Its been one year...i did reach out (yes mistake) for her bday her reply she still angry doesnt wanna talk (it was after 9 months) its still not clear whats why and we know some of the same people and no third partie...

well that's f'd up. I reached out after 2 months. She said she already but she can't forgive herself for letting me hurt her (emotionally). It's a toxic relationship and I'm the reason why it ended but she was the dumper. I chased and begged and plead for a month and gave her space, But she's on a rebound right after a week of the breakup.
