This really did help. For sometime I been dealing with this Quarter Life Crisis being only 23 and literally today after non stop crying for hours on end where random people at work asking if I'm ok. To discover all I'm dealing with is Quarter Life Crisis. But after identifying exactly Wat it all maybe, this video helped me get a better mindset of it.

Thank you! And yes I'm focusing on self love for awhile and definitely positive thinking. Main thing is to change how I look at life in whole. Have to accept how things are regardless how things turn out. Once again thank you!

What I have I learnt? Never trust parents, teachers or adults in general. They are out of touch with the real world and only have their best interests in mind. I’m 28, I’ve always had dreams that till this day have never been fulfilled all because I was too scared to follow my intuition and let the older adults make me believe that I knew nothing and that my dreams were unrealistic. Can’t change that now, but I’ve learnt to not take advice from anyone, I’m just doing what I want.

You know my problem is that I never drank or did the drugs or anything crazy in highschool and never went to college. I feel I missed out on so much as a younger person and I feel anxious about it and restless. Or insecure really. I feel lost and don't know what direction to take.

I’d encourage you to buy and read books related to your interests. Spend some years really reading about and getting to know something and plan your life around it. Maybe you’d find an unpaid internship related to it, or start looking at coursework you might be interested to take. Read and be curious.

Serial job hopper here at nearly 26 😂 graduated with a drama degree so had no idea what to do and got into office work. Temped for a year, did recruitment for a year, HR for a year, school PA for 6 months, jewellery customer service exec for 6 months and now 8 months so far as a legal & finance exec. Absolutely no idea what to do and literally started looking at engineering degrees last night purely because I want to do something practical. How does a creative person get a job they can live with? 😪

Notes: Who you want to be not what you want to be, mastering what you're good at, you can do anything you put your mind to, everything was first an idea, they come from people, your ideas can be as big as you think they can be, you are the space to give all things and all life, if you're lost and depressed, take a second, close your eyes, ask who can I create from my nothing
