Manchester is one of the most congested cities in the U.K. It has been voted one of the most stressful cities in the U.K because of it. As vanlifers, we are always looking for locations that are either free or cheap to spend the night, whether that be on parking or at a campground. But don't despair, there are places where you can park for free in Manchester and we share one of them with you in this video!

Amika is a lucky little girl to be raised by a wonderful dad who teaches her to enjoy life as it comes, the simplest things are the greatest joys. what a pleasure to see her laughing and giggling.

What an amazing parkup, could not believe how quiet the park was, no one about. Brilliant bit of Frisbee catching 👌Man riding a toy horse in Manchester is probably quite common 😀 Take care both, brilliant as always 👏 👍

I think Amika would absolutely love Smithills Hall Bolton. Free admission and so so much to see. open Wednesday to Saturday 10 till 4pm. Check out their website and the photos. Sure you'll find somewhere to park over night not too far away also. Thoroughly enjoying you adventures 👍

Heaton Park is also a nice park and good overnight......free parking after 5 p.m. and only a short ride into the city centre.

Thank you for such beautiful footage of Saltburn. It's one of my favourite places and I'm lucky not to live too far away. This was a delight to watch 💕 I'm glad Amika liked her odd choice of ice cream, mint choc chip and bubble gum isn't a combination I'd have thought of!

Cool video , did you go to see the Stones ? I went to Anfield to watch them , they was awesome . A lovely place to park, its a pity about the Tudor house , Amika would have loved to see it . Much love to you both xxx

Hi Gary have you ever took Amika to Samlesbury Hall near Preston. It's amazing and even haunted 👻. Also it's free to go round and have animals outside. Cafe and most importantly ICE- CREAM... lol. My granddaughter loved it very old and educational x

hi gary and amika. tomorrow at towneley park burnley armed forces day .11am til 4 pm...replica spitfire.. police dogs .. drone flying..and much more/ .they are promising a great fun day. right down your alley// if you go get there really early at the lower car park..

Missed this sadly John, I tried hard yesterday to get there but logistically it was impossible due to working away. I've been to few of them before including the very first one, will try next year I think!! Thanks a lot for the pointer, let me know if there is anything else like this!!

An arsonist Who caused £5 million worth of damage to the Tudor mansion has been jailed for 4 1/2 years after being caught by a single match. Shop worker a Jeremy Taylor 28 set fire to a newspaper as the stuff that around the drain pipe and door at the Grade 11 listed Wythenshawe hall a 16th of the timber frame mansion house the 18th of August 2017
