So, explain to me why Brad didn't count ANY of the hellcat or SRT models towards overall HP but the highest spec mustang somehow counts?

Ok so, I watched most of this video and uh, why did the dodge cars not count as their fastest version, the mustang was its fastest version, and the Camaro counted twice?

Wait how come you counted the gt500 and the ZL1 but not the hellcats that’s kinda unfair to Dodge.

You didn't count SRT trims or Ram into Dodge yet you did base and top trims in Ford and Chevy. What's up with that lol

The title hurts my brain-

they use a V-6 Camaro then jump up to ZL1, V6 Mustang jump up to the GT 500 but only use the V6 charger and challenger but don’t include the redeye’s or hellcat.

You put the top of the Line stang and camaro, yet only the base Charger and Challenger, You also Left Ram completely out of the picture, Ram had 1825 Horsepower across their 4 models, TRX, 1500, 2500, and 3500. Also, you stuck with base trims on Dodge, yet used performance trims with BMW, Wonder what Dodges figures would be with their top trims accounted for?

This comparison isn't really logical or equal for everyone, you used the top trim models for some companies whereas you took all of the models and all trims of the companies, it just doesn't make any sense

dodges actual rating is somewhere around 4,492 HP (this is counting just the top versions because he was counting top versions on other brands but would be alot more if you counted every version. this also includes the RAM trucks because he included trucks for other brands lmao)

Why dident you include the hellcat and all the fast versions for dodge when you did for Camaro and mustang it makes no sence

Side note: every Mazda in 2021 except the Miata gets the 2.5 turbocharged 4 cylinder engine, but I guess every horsepower rating in this video is for base models.

So I'm just choosing to hear Dodge and Ford I love how he adds the highest trim model for the mustang and their pickups but for Dodge he does the lowest term models and doesn't add their pickups Dodge has four cars with over 700 horsepower with that being said Dodge would have way more horsepower total numbers then most likely any car brand on this list

The horsepower number should have been divided by the number of models on offer. This would have been a better marker of average power ratings. Nobody thinks that their Nissan Altima comes from a company with more ‘power’ than Maserati or ... even Dodge. It was an interesting idea for a video, but the final h.p. numbers seem somewhat... moot. Cool edits though. Thanks for the video.

Why would you not do high horsepower Dodge when you did it for all of the other companies. That doesn’t seem fair. they have SRT’s, Hellcats and Redeyes that would push their numbers way up unless you didn’t want their numbers way up for some reason.

I didn't expect this would be a sum of horsepower for every vehicle being made. Brands with high output and few models were disadvantaged in that way.. A lot goes into making an insane street car, which with its price tag and niche market does not come in every shape and form to suit a wide cross-section of buyers. Perhaps an average of the sum of all cars by manufacturer would indicate the brands' consistency and focus to produce street legal cars of that caliber. It would certainly change the results of which brands appear in higher order on this list.

Like the idea of summing up the horsepower of each manufacturer. However, the clip was not consistent that it did not follow the same methodology to capture different versions of some models. For example, it only included the base version of 911, but captured both versions of BMW 2 series, (base and M2). Nevertheless, still a unique topic for making a clip!

the lexus LC500 makes more than 370 hp, it is more like 470 hp

i gotta say, im not a dodge fan but in all fairness i think you did them dirty, along with inifiniti, and possibly other brands. You put (2) giulia trims in there but didnt do that for dodge and infiniti. A giulia is a giulia, and a challenger is a challenger. So is youre going to use the quattroporte trim of a giulia, then the dodge demon and red sport 400 q50 and q60 should be fair game too. i think in order to keep this list fair, all the brands should have been assess only using base models/lowest trims. cool video tho as usual. keep it coming.

yo brad liked the vid although your measurement of car hp wasnt listed perfectly, example youve counted all the performance cars of ford like the gt500 and focus rs and youve counted the zl1 camaro but youve counted the base v6 models fr dodge! their base v8s make more than 300hp and the hellcats! with 700hp the redeyes with 797hp! Even the durango has 700hp now now thats unfair brad!

The SSC Tuatara is 282.9 and the Venom F5 isn't a record run, but a claimed top speed. I think Bugatti's 300+ at 304 is still the fastest...for now.

You forgotted the Nissan 370z (not yet discontinued) the Ford GT , the 488 and 488 Spider (Only the 488 GTB discontinued and replaced by the F8 Tributo) , the Subaru WRX STI with 310 hp (not the WRX that makes 268 hp) , Ferrari Monza SP1 and SP2 , Ferrari Roma , the Base Mustang and the Base Camaro , the Bugatti Bolide (is it in production?) , The whole Lotus Brand (because the Evija that makes 1900 hp) , the McLaren Senna GTR , 3 5 and 6 series GT , the new 1 series , M135 and M140 , the whole AMG division of Mercedes and the whole sub-brand of Maybach , the whole brand of Cupra , Polestar and Koenigsegg and many more...

First, let's give it up for my friend Ben Hardy who made it into the video clips. His TRX is INSANE!!!! PLUS he does excellent car reviews. I was surprised about the Frontier. 310 HP, but yet even the highest trim has virtually no options or safety tech.
