Amazing information! I personally have followed BRO split without even knowing what it was called and so many people told me go for PUSH PULL LEGS but it quiet didn't fit in my daily office routine. Will continue with the BRO split. Thank you :)

Started with 5 day bro split about 3 year ago ( nutrition, sleep was shit) later shifted to 6 day (back bicep, chest tricep, Shoulde legs X2) . Been doing push pull legs since 2020 and recently shifted to a hybrid push pull legs to compensate for long distance cycling on the weekends. ( In short, the perfect split , evolved over time.)

Training is indeed about enjoying the process. Building strength starts from lower body. People concentrate on the upper body to start with. Because show off is connected to the upper body. Unless you have strong Quads, Hams, glutes, calves you cannot perform strength based compound movements. Compound movements are the key to growth. Beginners should hit legs every other day or twice/thrice a week. Do it n watch your upper body falling into shape automatically.

According To me A beginner must follow Full Body routine to introduce their body to muscles soreness. A Advance lifter (who is lifting for atleast 1yr continuously) Must follow Push Pull Legs to maximise Muscle Growth. A Professional Bodybuilder Follow Bro split where he trains a muscle per day Becoz he wants to Maximise his Particular Muscle Growth . This is acc. to me And After my fitness knowledge after lifting for more than 2 yrs continuously 🔥🔥
