You guys should do some of the Traveling Wilburys songs. It was a super supergroup consisting of legends George Harrison, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison and Jeff Lynne. They did an amazing album back in 1988. Some of my favorites from it are The End Of The Line, Tweeter And The Monkey Man, Handle With Care, Last Night

Ohhhh. I thought it looked and sounded just like Tom Petty! (I don’t know much about Jeff Lynne’s looks & sound (outside ELO) so it’s impossible for me to have made judgment on him). But REGARDLESS, personally, I’ve alllllways regarded this song as one of my all-time fav Harrison songs. Jeff lynne - ELO is the one with the great voice. Mr Blue Sky, Strange Magic, Telephone Line, and on and on. Also look into The Traveling Wilburys super group with George Harrison, Tom Petty, Jeff Lynne, Roy Orbison and Bob Dylan.

George Harrison is without a doubt my favorite from the Beatles and his son Dhani looks just like him. Prince at the end of this song blew the hell out of that guitar solo. He was an absolute master in everything he did and will be truly missed.

This performance is bittersweet. Singing a song in tribute to George Harrison, in part by Tom Petty and Prince-who we also have lost. Makes me emotional to watch this. It also makes me think of all the talent that you have to react to, on that stage alone: Prince, Tom Petty, ELO (and all Jeff Lynne music), Steve Winwood-and of course, All Beatles music. I don't know if you are familiar with the music of these musicians but if not, I highly recommend them all-they are all music legends, although the Beatles are in a class all their own. A treasure trove of talent from this one performance.

You really need to watch the "Concert For George" performed exactly one year after his death. The Allstar cast will truly amaze you.They play all of George's songs.

There is also a tribute concert for Freddy (Queen) that has amazing people playing with Rodger and Brain. Not only a tribute but raising money for AIDS.

Yes, and Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr participate (along with Dhani Harrison, George's son) and Jeff Lynne, Gary Brooker (from Procal Harum), Eric Clapton, Billy Preston, Klaus Voorman (who the Beatles met in Hamburg Germany when they played there before they were famous), Jim Keltner , Albert Lee, and a whole bunch of others that were either friends or who worked with him. We know why all of those GREATS were on stage, PRINCE showed us why he was up there too as good as any of the men. So bad ass, so good, far too many RIP’s. No ego on stage. Who was supposed to shine did. BRILLIANT

I watch this video everyday! I’m not kidding DUDES! The man with the beautiful voice is Jeff Lynne of ELO (a band that was on tour right before the pandemic hit with Dhani on tour with them check out Don’t Bring Me Down) Steve Winwood on keyboards (he’s amazing check out Valerie) Tom Petty, Dhani Harrison and Prince. I loved your reaction Patrick and George. I love how Patrick sings and the music hits George right in your soul!

I am 60 & l really enjoyed watching you young men seeing this marvelous piece of music magic for the first time as l have listened to these guys my whole life!! Cute hearing you sing well along with Jeff Lynne who heads ELO (Electric Light Orchestra). You knew Prince but l bet you never heard him let loose like that,lol!! And yes, that clone is Dhani, George's only child, born Aug.1, 1978. I finally got to see Tom Petty in person in July 2017, he died Oct.2017, so l am forever grateful that l did see him after being a fan for decades. Also the many famous members of The Traveling Wilburys were George Harrison, Roy Orbison, Bob Dylan, Jeff Lynne & Tom Petty. I am always so pleased to see younger generations appreciating the magic these old(er) geniuses can perform. Music is eternal and in that way the 70's will live forever!!👍 💖🎸🎹🇨🇦☘️

The two singers were Tom Petty of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers and Jeff Lynne of ELO (Electric Light Orchestra), they were both bandmates of George Harrison in The Traveling Wilburys. Check out The Traveling Wilburys' song, "Handle with Care".

1st singer - blonde with dark glasses - Tom Petty who has also died too young last year. I tragic loss. Wonderful albums - Have a listen to a track called "Runnin' Down A Dream" - That will be enough to get you hooked.....His group was Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers . The guy is a Legend.

I guess you have never heard the album "Out Of The Blue" by The Electric Light Orchestra - lead singer [ with the beautiful voice ] is Jeff Lynne. The album is incredible - Listen to - "Concerto For A Rainy Day" - a 4 track musical suite, that segues into each next track ... "Standing In The Rain / Big Wheels / Summer & Lightning - making it one heck of a journey - It needs to be heard to be believed. Seriously - don't separate these tracks. If you love Jeff Lynne's singing here then this will blow you away ! I promise you guys - This has a Wow factor like you've never in your life heard before.

Actually there’s more to the story and it’s what I love most about it. So he went to every rehearsal with the intent to cover the solos, but every time the guy that plays them in this, would cut in and play them, it impressed everyone because he played them note for note every time perfect, but at the same time Tom was apologetic to Prince but Prince didn’t mind and reassured Tom he was fine and he would do something else. Whether he wrote this solo or just came up with it this night, is something no one knows. He told Dhani his only goal was to make him smile before the end of the night, which is why he turned around and nodded to Tom and Dhani.

George Harrison was being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, as a solo artist, that night, and so was Prince. These events always end with musicians jamming on one of the inductees songs, having a blast.

He has a stellar catalogue, Solo stuff and with the Heartbreakers. "Free Fallin" and "Don't Come Around Here No More" are 2 of his Huge hits if you're interested (you may already heard them around).

One of PRINCE'S greatest guitar solos is live at COACHELLA "CREEP" Words can't Express the greatness he embodied. AMAZING ARTIST talented beyond most could only dream of being a portion of what he was in my opinion. RIP PRINCE 💜💜💜💜💜

As others have noted the guy you mentioned as a singer was Jeff Lynne from ELO fame and The Travelling Wilburys, he worked with George Harrison and Tom Petty in The Wilburys, yes that was Danni Harrison in the band, and all artists either worked with George or knew George. Special to see Prince and as always he stole the solo spot brilliantly RIP Prince A brilliant tribute to a beautiful man. I would also recommend you try to view the huge Concert for George held in The Royal Albert Hall as it is filled with some awesome talent and truly truly does George justice in the music world. That leading singer is the amazing JEFF LYNNE. Jeff produced the album "Cloud Nine" for George & the founder/leader of his band, themagnificent ELO. Jeff & George were the greatest of friends. Yes the one who looks like George is his son Dhani Harrison. This tribute video was done after George's death. Other singers in this clip include Tom Petty. The guitarist with George on the original recording is Eric Clapton. I'm a huge George Harrison fan.

Super Bowl half time, Prince. Trust that’s gold, because.......he’s amazing. I’m one that grew up with this music, so I’m spoiled for sure. The movie Purple Rain, definitely check that out too. Prince has a huge catalog of music. Fun fact- Nothing compares to you- Sinead O’Connor- Prince wrote that song. Watch Sinead do that live....totally hear Prince’s influence for sure.
