I always recommend at least once a year depending on usage, if customer has a big family I recommend once every size months

I wish my Mom wasn't so cheap she refuses to do this... She's retired with 160K in savings. But too cheap to spend $ on ANYTHING!!! She gets mad at me when I spend $ on taking her dog to the vet for shots and basic care. I was in shock, once, and kept coming in and out of consciousness. I begged her to call an ambulance. She refused because I didn't have health insurance. It wasn't even her problem! Okay. I'm sorry. Rant over. Thanks for the video.

I can understand her situation. I'm like that. Not working right now due to major backn issues. But my wife still wants to spend like when I was making big money. It stresses me out big time. But some things you gotta bite the bullet on. My dog has cost me $1k in vet bills and he's still not fixed. Poor guy. I wish you the best.

Invest in dividend paying companies. Stock market is your friend. 50k into 5-15 different dividend payers will bring you enough money every 3 Months to spend and grow the account. You’ll need around $150k in to pay bills and live off of it though.

No, sometimes they just need to be cleaned and lubed.
