-2 oz bourbon
-1/2 oz syrup
-Dash of bitters
-3/4 oz lemon juice
-1 egg white
-shake
-add ice and shake again
-double strain
-garnish w/ cherry
BLOODY MARY - cocktailcards
-1.5oz Vodka
-0.5oz lemon juice
-1 teaspoon Worcestershire
-0.5 teaspoon horseradish
-2 dashed Louisiana hot sauce
-4oz tomato juice
-pinch of salt and pepper
-add ice and shake
-add salt to rim of glass
-add celery and olive
OLD FASHIONED - bourbonoftheweek
Start with a glass of ice
-2oz buffalo trace
-0.25oz maple syrup
-2 dash angostura bitters
-1 dash black walnut bitters
-stir generously
STRAWBERRY MOJITO - bevsbybeverly
-1oz lime juice
-1oz simple syrup
-handful of cut strawberries
-mint leaves
-muddle
-1.5oz silver rum
-Add ice
-Stir
-top with club soda
-garnish with mint & strawberry

The pro version…. I’d dry shake it to get that nice foam, but that’s how I like it. The egg white froths up very nicely when done this way and then pour over ice

when ingredient order doesn't matter (ie anything going into a shaker) put the cheap ingredients in first - that way if you mess up something like the egg particularly badly you're not wasting good spirit :)

I really loved the addition of the Pro Version to the video. Don't get me wrong, I think I speak for everyone when I say that Brianna's chaotic energy is hilarious, but on the last video I felt bad for the people who came up with these drinks, as some of them didn't come out as intended and therefore were not giving them a fair chance. The black walnut with maple is classic. If I am using maple syrup as my sweetener in a old fashion i always use them along with my ango. Its common enough around my house that we just called it an Old Fashion #3. #2 is a "Wisconsin Old Fashion" with some light muddling of the cherry and little of the juice of an orange slice, and the #1 is classic; but even then i like to use on dash of orange bitters along with my ango

2:24, that was right, you want to dry shake the egg white to emulsify it with the rest of the drink, since it emulsifies better when warml. since theres no ice inside, the interior wont be cooling down, which increases pressure, and creates a better seal when shaking. you have to hold it very tight, because the air inside wants to expand the cups apart, causing leaks
