Seems to be pretty pleasant to do all those upgrades and buildings and rewards and cards and promoting meeples and... phew... a lot of things going on. A lot of fun but a lot of mess and book keeping as well. Maybe it could use some streamlining. I would really like to play it, but I don't know about owning it.

Great playthrough. Been meaning to pick this up. Seemed rather pricey. But I can see the component quality is quite good.

Did you check out the official solo print and play Outlaws on BBG? There's a playthrough, I'm going to check it out after. I was glad and surprised to see the author made one solo mode post production. I think it will be very welcome for me because keeping track of everything for 2 players at a time is challenging. I didn't even add the upgrades this first time and I'm building slowly. But I know with time this game will get better and better. :)
