Tbh i would really like to experience this for a day. I think its a mix of the white, the absence of sounds and being in a cell all day alone. As an introvert i cant really think of white or no sound giving me that much trouble. The problem would be boredem.

This is hilarious because you are literally listing the things we would do in there when I locked up in one for weeks at a time in a mormon run brainwashing program as a child. The whole point to is to completely and totally psychologically break you past the point of no return, so they literally don't care if you are screaming or saying crazy things to yourself or just sitting in the corner playing your own feces (and kids there did all of those things). So they are only letting you out if you manage to find a way to injure yourself to the point where you will die without immediate treatment.
