Moultrie Feed Station Pro

Down at our lower Delaware club for work day. Brought along a Moultrie Feed Station Pro to hang up next one of our stands.
This an all plastic, no moving parts, electronics, or batteries, gravity feed game/deer feeder.
Just hang it from a tree with the two included straps, or mount it on a T-Post with the included hardware. Fill it with 80lbs of corn and you're finished. Easy setup, takes just a few minutes.
Placed 3 game cameras around it so we will see how it does for about 3 weeks or so. Raccoons pulling the lid off, squirrels gnawing through the lid, we will find out in part 2 of for the Moultrie Feed Station Pro.
Recommend not putting it up in a active bear area, but if you do or did let me know how it made out.

*This is bit of a pain to set up🍇 **allabout.wiki/Hunter** Pro though I understand why all the pieces make shipping and packing more efficient. The instructions were clear and set up took me about 45 minutes. Everything uses wingnuts, so not tools are required unless you are mounting cameras on the lid. You do need a 6v battery (I had one). The feeder is easy to program and seems quite rugged. I am 6'0" and I can easily open and fill this feeder, which is great.*

Looking forward to part 2 , you got a very nice setup with the 3 cameras about 40 yards from your stand, squirrels will probably be your biggest problem chewing on your feeder, I sure wouldn't want to bow hunt in that weather you would have to get your deer cleaned and cut up quickly, keep on keeping on, Best of luck always and thanks for sharing your videos.

Thanks, you're right about this time of year. I think it's just best to wait a few more weeks, but those guys that do it are pretty dedicated. Best chance to bag a buck still in velvet also.

Good video Rook. I have the original (40) pound feeder. I use the tree umbrella over mine. I use pellets or soy beans. Biggest problems are squirrels chewing a hole. Good luck this season

Thanks for the info, was wondering about squirrels. They can wreck things quick. Good idea about the tree umbrella if you are going to use pellets.

I had troubles with the squirrels eating up the plastic housing on the holding tray. Done with it

squirrels chew holes in all my plastic feeders, best way i kept them off was to put a rubber snake on top. I ended up upgrading to all metal this year.

One of the best investments that I made was a thermo cell. We used them in Canada for a bear hunt and hunted bug free. Denny

A lot of guys have the thermo cells here, they love them to. It's the chiggers that really get me bad. Can't do a lot to stop them. I know there are a few sprays that you put on your clothes, but I heard if your pets come in contact with them it can cause issues. Nice weather will be here soon. I can wait it out until then. Don't have them here,,, yet. Can they get up on their hind legs and get to it? I would think they can. Also i think they would bite at the bottom of the spout and tear it up? But again, not use to what kind of damage they do.
