In the 80's Adrian was my guitar hero. I forgot about him and realized then realized legends don''t die. EVH and Yngwie eclipsed the 80's but Adrian Vandenberg was equally amazing in creativity and skill.

Joel is fantastic and a real showman....played with the TransSiberian Orchestra...Dude has creds for sure!Reb is a classic metal guitarist who has an awesome resume with Dokken, Alice Cooper, Winger as well as Whitesnake...Both have incredible skill and style which I think offers Whitesnake a lot of versatility!

Yeah, Reb killed that shit. That solo sounded cleaner than the original on the album which was recorded very low. He's awesome. Didn't know that was him. All great guitarists tho.

Reb was and still is a much better player technically than Adrian and Doug...He was a session player before Winger. His chops are tight!

There are videos where Reb says he developed his two handed tapping style to cover up for not being able to do the super fast picking runs. @@456or7strings Adrian is the best guitarist Whitesnake EVER had, and that is including the mighty Steve Vai, who, unfortunately is mainly chops and technique with almost no Soul or melody. Whereas someone like Adrian, Rhoads or Schenker combine stunning technique with taste and melodic inventiveness.

Because Joel is a monster guitarist. Reb is great in his own right, but he's not on the same level as Joel or Adrian when it comes to straight technical ability. His songwriting is way better though.

Doug has never liked me for Whitesnake, the music he makes doesn't sound like whitesnake to me, he is good but not for Whitesnake.

But your going to have to convince people like Bernie Marsden, and Mickey Mooney, John Sykes, Rudy Sarzo, Vivian Campbell, and even Adrian Vandenberg that Davis Coverdale is actually a nice person, and not a self centered narcissist who promised these people proper compensation for their immense talents and song writing skills, only to give them the shaft. Not in a nice way either, David couldn't bring himself to have a face to face discussion, oh no, he'd just leave them in the wind by not answering the phone, hire new musicians and go off and tour the world, hoping the problems would go away. Or at least that's what he hoped, and he made sure his lawyers were well retained to take care of any problems. You know what, David Coverdale deserves this little bit of harmless poking, he's earned it.

We try to film the solo's, but sometimes it's not possible because the view is blocked, something different or interesting is happening or because of the distance in relation to the slow zoom of the cam. Forgot why we didn't film the solo in this case.
