12 cable rope face pulls
12 cable upright row
SUPERSET | 3 SETS
12 diamond front raises
12 lateral raises
SUPERSET | 2-3 SETS
12 close grip floor press
10 lying kettlebell or dumbbell tricep extension
BURNOUT | 2 SETS
Lateral raise machine drop set... reduce weight with every set
