10-15 minute warmup of choice
I love to do 10 minutes of incline speed walking
3 sets of 8-10 single-arm dumbbell press
TRI-SET | 3 SETS
12 straight bar cable tricep pushdown
12 cable rope face pulls
12 cable upright row
SUPERSET | 3 SETS
12 diamond front raises
12 lateral raises
SUPERSET | 2-3 SETS
12 close grip floor press
10 lying kettlebell or dumbbell tricep extension
BURNOUT | 2 SETS
Lateral raise machine drop set... reduce weight with every set
10 reps
12 reps
15 reps

I am always looking for new workout and you always show us new workouts!! Well the workouts are probably not new but you do change them up to not keep it boring!! On another note: please make a video explaining how to properly workout the chest! You probably have explained in your videos how to do chest exercises, but I never see my chest progressing and would like to know what I am doing wrong!! I need to work on my girls😩 I love you girl!! Keep up your FANTASTIC WORK!

I really appreciate these types of videos. Im quite a bit overweight and they are helping me get into a habit of working out regularly. You are so nice and informative. You have no idea how much it means to me to be able to do this stuff from home instead of embarrassing myself at the gym.
