WE LOVE BUBBLE TEA! So today we're learning How to Make Bubble Tea / how to make boba milk tea. Or at least semi-learning lmao. We're doing a DIY bubble tea DIY boba challenge where we go to the store and buy groceries to see who can make the best boba tea in the end. WHO CAN MAKE THE BEST BUBBLE TEA? BTW we had tapioca pearls but we couldn't use them since it turns out that DIY tapioca takes forever to cook. So it's DIY bubble tea without tapioca pearls. These are definitely bubble tea recipes that idk if you'll want to copy lmao. We definitely needed to dump these drinks after to buy some Brown Sugar Bubble Tea. That boba is so good. I hope you guys do a better job than us at making milk tea bubble tea. Learning how to make boba tea is too hard. We're just gonna buy bubble tea in the future lmao.

how to make bubble tea: [brown sugar version] milk tea : 🥛 1) steep 5 tea bags in boiling hot water, about 10-15ml of hot water will do. Wait for 5-10mins. - if you’re using strongly flavoured tea, like earl grey, add in 3-4 bags of tea instead. 2) add in 360g of milk - if you prefer a more milky flavour, add in more milk. Refrigerate this for at least half a day. Boba/Pearl/Bubble recipe : 1) prepare 25g of brown sugar , 30ml of water and 45g of tapioca starch - prepare a small bowl of extra tapioca starch for dusting later on. - this makes about 1-2 servings, so if you want to make more, just multiply the ratios. 2) first add in your 25g if brown sugar and 30ml of water, and bring it to a boil. 3) add in a a little less than half of your tapioca starch , and quickly mix it. Mix it until it becomes a really thick kinda sauce. - prepare your table (or whatever you’re working with) by dusting it with tapioca starch. 4) turn off your heat, and quickly add in the rest of the tapioca starch. Mix it as quick as you can, and pour the lumpy mixture onto your table (whatever you’re working with) and quickly mix it. It does not have to be well-mixed in your pan. - you can only mould it while it’s hot/warm so work quickly. 5) divide your dough into sections, and cling wrap whatever you aren’t working with. This ensures your dough does not become hard. 5) shape them into pearls. Ensure your pearls/boba are lightly covered with tapioca starch to prevent sticking. 7) next, boil some water, and put your pearls in for 15minutes in boiling water. 8) after 15 minutes , turn off the heat, and let the pearls rest for 30 minutes. This ensures the pearls are thoroughly cooked. 9) after 30 minutes, strain the water out, and put the pearls in cold water. 10) if you do not want brown sugar pearls, this is enough. Your pearls are ready for consuming. Brown sugar syrup pearls : 1) mix 50g of brown sugar with 40g of water. Bring this to a boil until it becomes a thick syrup. 2) once done, turn off the heat and add your pearls in. Let it cool. -your brown sugar bubble/boba tea is now ready ! enjoy :)
