No this is not true. The omega beams have gone through tons of parademons while chasing flash. But with batman the omega beams stopped after the first parademon. Basically how the omega beams work is how the writers want them too. If you ever see the omega beams not hit there target, then that’s just the writers nerfing it. For example when batman got chased by them, the beams were going slow. But superman and flash couldn’t even outrun them. So again, it’s up to the writers. Plot.

The omega beams are how the writers want them too. They’re too inconsistent. But the bottom line is they will hit their target and it doesn’t matter what takes the hit it goes through them. Teleportation only delays it. The only reasonable one is flash vibrating. The omega beams work how the writers want them too. Most of time animated shows are not canon so don’t believe the situations they occur in.

@@sayerzaurrini3796 I think it could be written as the beams are semi-sentient/mentally controlled, if they think the target has been hit, they vanish, justifying how Super Girl barely survived, and that they pick up speed and energy as they move, justifying how Batman could end it with 1 parademon since it hadn't picked up speed, and how flash could destroy it with multiple demons since it gained a net loss of energy.

Superman is clearly beyond that speed though. That was amazing back during the Golden age of comics, where it didn't take much to amaze people in the first place, but now being faster than a speeding bullet is just something he casually is, and he also doesn't have to dodge.

It seems moreso to do with timing than speed. Batman was moving at the last possible second and there seems to be a time or space delay before the beam turns, but if it doesn't hit something first and is neutralized, then batman would be unable to dodge it.

I forgot to mention that Darkseid’s power varies between universes, so he could also be weaker during that universes fight with him, or stronger when he fought the flash in that universe.
