This grip strength device, I wonder how much over 100 Kieliszkowski would achieve. The top grip strongman are Felix, Shaw, Burke back then, and especially Kieliszkowski. The strength of the Terminator in the farmer's walk is insane. Loz has 109, so Kieliskzkowski must have 120+ , probably in the league of Mark Felix and Shaw.

@@Nick-cp8wf I never specifically train grip, I only passivly train it when deadlifting or when practicing hookgrip. And I don't squeeze 100kg, I squeeze 85-90kg. @Nick-cp8wf
@Nick-cp8wf 2 жыл бұрын
@@lk-ip1xsYou really can't hold on to 400 ish lbs? Mix grip or DOH. Hmm. That interesting. That would be more in line of a 90-100 pound* dyno pull which is average. Nothing wrong with that. Can be improved upon of thats true. A double over hand 440 is great. Mixed its good too. Contrary to what youtube would have you believe 450lb deadlift for guys who are especially natural is a nice lift. Pulling 200lbs on a dynamometer without specifically training grip is EXTREMELY rare. Even amongst grip specific specialist athletes, 200lbs is a good pull. I have to ask, what device did you use when you pulled 90kgs? I have seen guys (including myself) who when squeezed in the 200lbs range can pick up 300 ish lbs with one hand on a regular diameter bar.

Perhaps with retirement/age/injury you've lost a bit of your edge but I'm sorta astounded that my numbers (average guy with virtually no training) is as close as it is to yours Big Loz. First and only time I've ever held one of those force devices I hit 176lbs with my left and 174lbs with my right. I know someone will see this and think "You only hit roughly 75% of what Uncle Loz did". Which is true however you've been in the sport for almost as long as I've been alive.
