The US Senate needs to change its rules. It's a representative body. It was not intended for one Senator to be able to block everyone else in the Senate from voting or discussing issues. That's simply too much power. Even though I consider Mitch to be a traitor to our democracy and this country, he isn't the problem. It's the Senate Rules. Let's get em changed and solve this problem and move on.
