It is absolute pathetic to see this video of a very struggling man's son soon to be wife. They say its the steroids he is using that has him putting on so much weight in treating his asthma....and that is most likely very true. As someone who was born with it i tell you...he needs to stop taking those steroids and begin exercise, of which swimming should become a major part of his life. It will strengthen his lungs greatly in addition to good overall exercise. He needs to change his diet:PERMANANTLY....it should no longer be his diet, but a new way of life with eating habits. By my teenage years i was good to go...maybe an asthma attach once or twice in a year, and i just used an inhaler.
