What I foresee happening, if Sylas is to succeed and overthrow demacian rule, is that Galio and Lux may be able to somewhat soften him. Right now he sees Galio as just a symbol. Just like Lux did, but it was Galio who told her she is as demacian as he himself was, all the more for her magic. Perhaps a civil war will start, with Galio and Lux unsure which side they want to be on, Lux because she herself is magical, and Galio because he is often asleep too long to catch up on politics. What do you all think?

Her hair is white due to the fact she is not in the front view of ours...let’s say if someone have bright pink hair...you put them in a dark room and far back instead of being on the front with light shines on them, the color would be different depends on your view, stepping forward to the light would make the color more clear to true color while stepping back to the dark room would tone down the color Plus Sylas is holding her magic, it is clearly her lucent singularity...it is ripped out from her...you can see the drippings of power from Lux hand as if it is drained out from her The blue lighting is either his own power( his hands looks like they’re soaked in static) or the chains trying to “absorb” the magic

I personally think Sylas's powers consist of sensing and conducting magic, while his petricite chains offer the posibility to store magic.

I'm a noob when it comes to lol Because I've been playing wow instead but blizzard has been doing some questionable things of late so I'm taking a break from wow for awhile and just started playing lol instead. So i love the fact that i can learn the lore and history of each character in lol. So Thank You for the info and lore behind the story of each character. What if the petricide forest ends up reaching the limit of magic it can absorb and hold and the world runes get released? If there is a limit. Because most things can only absorb and hold so much. What if the entire forest gets filled up if that were possible? Since not only the cataclysmic magic is held there, a long with the constant output of magic from the world runes. Not to mention any other magic dumped on the forest since that seems to be the thing everyone does

I hope sylas gets his happy ending once this demacian problem against mages gets solved also i feel bad for that lil girl and that guy who was burned down just for being a mage... pretty sure the blue lightning is his own magic. if you look at his abilities they all have some sort of blue purplish energy attached, especial with his Q when the chains detonate or with his W when he punches the target. he was his own powers besides vision but he can also use other peoples powers to assist him.

There are tons of easter eggs in League of Legends and so I hope this is a good theory about the prince of demacia .-. Theory: Jarvan 4th is the Prince of Demacia and as we know Demacia and Noxus had always been enemies from the start. A time where Jarvan 4th was captured by the Noxians after facing defeat, no one knew if the prince was dead or alive. When Jarvan came back completely unharmed 2 years later no one questioned but only cheered for the safety of the prince. In the lore it was said that Jarvan met Shyvana but no one really knew except for the prince himself. We all know about the photo of Jarvan fighting the noxians and in the reflection of Swain's chest plate (I think) we see Leblanc face. Now I think people already have theories about Leblanc pretending to be Jarvan 4th and trying to infiltrate Demacia. First, we don't know if Jarvan is alive or not, for the reworked Sion cinematic we can see Jarvan 4th's name on the monument. (someone said, but tbh I wasn't able to find it) but some of Sion's interactions with Jarvan says things like "Today, we'll see if ghosts can bleed." or "I killed you once... I'll kill you again!" To further prove this, in the Chinese server, when the new champion Neeko mimics Jarvan she would say "又碰见一个和我一样会变身的人" meaning "ooo someone that knows how to transform/mimic just like me!" Most of this only shows that Jarvan 4th is dead. But who and where is the prince? (Hint: this is a Sylas Video) Why Sylas? Well idk really, it just seems fit. Sylas has this beef with the prince and Demacia about being discriminated but it's also possible that discrimination and racism wasn't the only problem. We know about Sylas' background and such but it would be possible that someone was able to manipulate his memory into thinking he is someone he isn't. TBH the biggest "clue" that gets to me would probably be the quote when Sylas steals Jarvan's ultimate. He says "We'll bring the cataclysm home!" which could mean bring hell upon Demacia or taking back what's rightfully his. In the Chinese server we hear him say “现在天崩地裂又回到了他主人的手中” which means "Now Cataclysm is finally back into his owner's hands" O_o (please don't kill me in the comments)

At first when I saw the teaser's, I thought it was gonna be a Shadow Isles champ cause the pics where either dark or witnessing mass destruction, but this is a much more welcome surprise, though he doesn't have the interaction with Ryze I was hoping for with the Shadow Isles thing as I was hoping he would have a grudge against Ryze and his master's for imprisoning him

After watching SkinSpotlights' video on Sylas' special interactions I noticed one quote that really got me thinking. It was the quote to Syndra where he says "You've been to prison. You know how this goes." My question is, when did Syndra get imprisoned? Or is he referring to how her powers were dampened by her masters in her youth? And even so, how does he know all of this about Syndra since she is in Ionia?

The runes on his body and the blue lightning could be a connection to Ryze since he uses blue lightning.

In the howling abyss map after blue team's first turret is destroyed, if you watch closely by the edge of the bridge you can see some chains that are similar to the ones Sylas uses. Not completely the same, but they are kinda similar

Swain's quote about carrying petricite into every battle is a reference to galio, as galio is a petricite statue imbued with magic, and they take him to every battle as a lucky charm of sorts.

I think i made an entire text wall in one of your videos detailing how i petricite worked by absorbing magic comparing it eith conductive metals and electricity. You can thank me for being a professional lore unraveler B) Edit: i also remember putting a couple things about how petricite could be used a magic batteries for mages, and how they could be used by Vastaya who live inn non-magic human settlements. Also, the rune missing would be Galio's heart or something.

From watching the trailer, the blue pluses look like his magic is going toward the chains, sort of like it is pulling out his magic, until the end with lux, the flow looks reversed there.

It did say in the cell he wondered if he could use the power in the chain it possible the end of the trailer is showing him right before the execution having learned how to use the chains power
