Eric McCoy. The only player consistent, reliable and good on that OL.

Best answer, agreed…McCoy is easily a top 5 center in the league and has been for a few seasons now, yet you rarely hear anyone giving him much credit. National media doesn’t even mention him in passing…

Adebo feels like an easy answer so I’ll go with Cesar Ruiz. Career started off rocky during covid but has rebounded into a contract extension and really good guard

If the top receivers are not good blockers, then that could be a problem in this offense. You can sub in better blockers, but then you're tipping your hand.

Under appreciated = Rashid Shaheed cause he is a game-breaking WR vs Mass-Targeted Weak-Build Low Energy Olave. Olave is not a True #1 NEVER will be. (I am not saying Shaheed is a #1, but he plays his #2 spot at a much higher level)

Incorrect… Olave has potential to be a #1 even though he’s not there, yet… Shaheed is a poor man’s Percy Harvin and will never be a true #2.

Oh I get it, you must be one of the Carr groupies that got offended when Olave “quit” on that one go route (when the ball wasn’t even supposed to go to Olave but Carr threw it at him anyway to take the attention off his own failings, after which Carr even had the audacity to publicly berate Olave for “quitting” on the route)

@@akcartierBMG I hope you are correct because I would LOVE to be wrong. Olave looks “mid” to me as a True Elite #1 WR. He is already Saints #1 WR, but he is not JJ from Vikings Elite to me.

@williamstidham7704 , publicly berate? I think you need to listen to the interview again. He said Chris's name once when the reporter said it. Carr corrected him and said he was speaking in general. He also apologized for the incident and said he needed to "chill out." Olave also apologized, because unlike when you tried to characterize the situation as a one-time incident, it happened multiple times. He threw the ball away on that play because the clear out route was being jogged, which affected the entire play. I'm a huge fan of Olave and his potential. I think his mentor, MT, was in his head at that point in the season, but this incident seemed to "fix" the issue and Olave looked much better.
