Personally, it’s Hazard, because he made me love watching football and Chelsea all the time, that level of dribbling and technique is very rare, plus he carried even weak attacks

I gotta say the video is pretty unfair. A big part of Beckham and especially Giggs incredible legacy was their tactical intelligence and tireless defensive work, which all the other players in the video lack, as they mainly played their best years in pure attacking positions \ number 10. So, as a midfielder to me the answer is easy: Giggs, the most intelligent and complete, crucial in uncountable ways since his teenage years to 40yo. If we only consider the attack, then must be peak Ronaldo 2006-09, even if I personally was in love with Hazard.

It’s a shame Hazard’s last two years where in 17/18 he beat Messi to most dribbles and in 18/19 got 15+ goals and 15+ assists his ST teammates were Morata and Higuain etc

This video made me realise that Ryan Giggs changed the winger position, Before him it was pace and crosses into the box, he brought something extra to the table and after that you have Ronaldo, Hazard, Salah, Bale. My vote goes to Giggs because it became a skill position after he showed what can be done. Every one of these guys would have been strikers if it was not for Giggs.

If this is strictly about the PL, then by numbers Salah is the most productive winger in EPL's history. If we're talking about pure naturally gifted players in the position, then that's Eden Hazard.

I don't think Beckham should be on this list. Not because he wasn't good enough (he was exceptional), but because he wasn't a winger in the true sense of the word. He used to play a right midfielder, a position that's basically extinct nowadays. For example, check Milan 2007 UCL final lineup and you will see Gattusso and Seedorf in front of fullbacks, and we all know that both of them are not wingers.

Based on what? The question is about those players during their EPL years and playing as a winger specifically, not their careers as a whole. CR wasn't more productive than Salah in terms of goals or assists in the PL, even on a per 90 minutes basis to account for the difference in games played in the league, nor was he a better or more successful dribbler than Hazard, even during his peak years.
