Skar amps are way more reputable than Power Acoustik. The PA don't put out listed rating.

I have a kicker cxa 400.1 rms amp I was wondering if I could somewhat power the SDR single 12 sub that comes with a box on Amazon would I still get decent bass out of this underpowered amp? I wanted to get the 8 but I was told that max RMS is around 350 anything more than that and it would blow

Very disappointed , no skar will ever be in my trunk , it was Just another plain looking/performing sub . maybe with that other amp people can see the true potential of MOFO .

Skar is $99.00. Not that I am defending SKAR and I would not buy this particular model but for $99.00 I am curious as to the "better subwoofer " that you have in mind?

Mofo’s are and always have been garbage sounding loud subwoofers. Skar at least sounded cleaner.

@@azzazel_99 my MOFO 10 dual 2ohm sub in a 1.4 cu.ft. ported box tuned to 31.5hz POUNDS! And is very clean . MOFO subs also offer unique design function and cooling dustcap . I built my box for that sub and I'd gladly own another , everyone is amazed its just 1 ten inch sub able to get so loud , low and clean . Rap , bass test music ,metal, rock , classic rock , classical , love songs, dubstep and an array of other music from numerous artists, genres and decades and it all sounds primo .

@@justinkcraig You're confusing loud with clean. If you put it next to something like a JL w7 you would understand how not clean your mofo is. Its just the design of the mofo. There is a reason mofo's can be had so cheap. Just like any other cheap sub. They can be loud and you can make them as clean as they are able to sound by box design.....but the sub itself is not a clean sound producing sub. It may sound clean to you but to a audiophile they sound awful when put up against a real SQ sub. Glad you enjoy yours though. I too enjoyed them when i had some back in high school but once i graduated to real subs i never looked back.

They are not even the same price. It would be a great video, but my competitions are based on pricing. That video would just embarrass the more expensive subwoofer.... 🤔on second thought... Maybe is should do 😁

@@BudgetBassHead i got the skar vxf 15 and the thing is a monster with good SQ.. they got the same specs basically on paper only difference is the X got a shorting ring... Would like to see a comparasin tho
