Episode Two: Bryan Scottie Irving, President and CEO of BlueSkye construction is the next subject of our DECADES series on WHUT-tv. “Scottie” as most of us born and raised in the DC Metropolitan area affectionately address him as, is a DC National treasure. One of the original founding members/designers of the legendary Madness Connection, Scottie set his sights on making the city a premier place to live and work. More importantly, Scottie along with his BlueSkye team have provided people from all walks of life with innovative residential and commercial opportunities.
