Almost everybody knows that Michael does vocals mostly by himself Even when he did we are the world he was the 1st one there to get all of his vocal sessions in and left didn't come back until they shot the actual video. At the same time he is / was also known to be late for his own studio time, music videos, rehearsals, and no-shows. BTW patience is a virtue. Eventually they would have. Remember people, Michael wasn't just a singer and writer, he was a business man and owned multiple companies. This dude was extremely busy and often had a tight schedule running everything on the edge. MJ didn't have to be in the studio at the same time as 2pac, so he was elsewhere doing work. It's not like if he just layed back watching TV. He promised a collab on a song, not a meet and greet.

He also wrote “Cry” for MJ in 2001, well after the illegal marriage to a minor. The first woman to accuse Kelly came out in 96, the sextape with a minor came out in 2002 and MJ again went on to collaborate with Kelly on the song “One More Chance” in 2003. If he didn’t know, MJ might been deaf dumb and blind which is possible but not plausible, more than likely he knew about all of this (especially the sextape, that was all over the news AND he was arrested the same year, 2002) and didn’t care. And to your second point, I agree with you. I wouldn’t want to hang around gang members either, but if I had to pick between a creepy child abuser and a gang member? FOR ONE LIKE MICHAEL JACKSON..WHO ALWAYS BUSY..PHYSICALLY ..YOU CANNOT EXPECT TO TO MUCH TALKING AND ..REALLY VERY SHY.. HE IS ALSO HUMAN..WHO GETS TIRED..AND CANNOT GREET EVERYONE AROUBD HIM AT QLL TIMES..BUT WHEN IT COMES TO HIS FANS..HE WAS SO ATTENTIVE..THAT'S THE REAL CELEBRITY..BECAUSE WITHOUT HIS FANS..THERE WILL BE NO MICHAEL JACKSONS..AND HE KNEW IT.. MISS HIM SO MUCH..😞

Reason behind this collaboration does not ever possible :- becoz MJ has a great personal relation with BIGGIE SMALLS . So he don't want to snitch or disrespect to biggie for doing collab with 2pac becoz we all know beef b/w 2pac and biggie .

I def think it was because Micheal treated music as a business but pac saw it as a art form. And in this time didn't biggie and pac have a ok relationship(minus the gang shit)? This is before all that beef
