You are so knowledgeable! we appreciate your break downs to levels we understand 🙂 My hubby has been diagnosed with PD and he thrives in ketosis. Doesn't stop the tremor but his brain is fantastic now. We have him supplementing with 5htp and quite a few amino acids as well as inositol at bed time. I thought our naturopath was sabotaging his ketosis with the inositol but your break down makes me feel happier about its inclusion. Thanks so much!

At first I solved my reflux problem thanks to your book and information. Now I started two months ago with Keto and for the last two weeks the carnivore diet. I feel really great. I lost already 13 kilograms. Never had this much energy before. I realise this was only possible because I solved the reflux and shortage of hydrochloric acid first. I also love to do waterfasting. First time three days and now I'll try for 5 days.

About to do my 2nd gallbladder flush with beetflow tomorrow. Have xeneplex delivery tomorrow so just in time for Sunday. My skin started erupting on the inside of my arms. It's likely candida overgrowth, as I had thrush yest morn. My historically elevated bp is come down a few clicks since my first flush 5 days ago. I've been on keto for 5 years. My gallbladder attacks always follow a cheat period. I'm likely going to have to flush a few more times to get this thing flowing better. No murphy sign at this point, but just a gnawing cramp under the right rib. Wish me luck.

@KickItNaturally I did forget to mention, I have been adding approx 1800 betaine hcl 10 mins b4 meals. Intermittent fast so I eat everything in a 5 hour window

TC Hale I check my blood pressure daily after 2 hours, after a meal and it's been 120/80 5:39 - 6:47 *My concern is low mineral levels , if my top number 120 , then I am digesting my food right* ? . We are thinking the same thing as far as minerals . *Question* I have heard if you have acid reflux etc , you can go to Keto and the acid reflux in time, acid reflux will go away. *I know you aren't a doctor but I am curious to know your opinion about going on Keto with acid reflux* Thank you , Debbie

The acid reflux diet usually focuses on eating foods that are "not acidic". so, it's like trying to treat acid reflux with antacids. that's why it doesn't fix the actual underlying cause

🆘Can you look into healing stomach erosions or how to rebuild the stomachs ability to produce it’s mucus lining! I really want my stomach acid back but I must heal my erosions first.🆘
