When a prospect asks you questions do you just automatically answer them? If you are, do you really know WHY they are asking?
If you don't understand what's behind the question, that means you are taking a HUGE chance of answering it the wrong way, which can cause objections and you to LOSE the Sale!

It's actually funny that you ask what sales training program teaches Advanced tonality and body language. Jordan Belfort actually teaches about Advanced tonality and body language. You're actually probably one of the only other trainers I've seen besides him who makes it a Cornerstone of their system. Really good lesson though.
