When asked many modern, successful, professional women are become increasingly more angry. Many site the very real fact that they are more tired, getter fatter, and as a result sicker as a result of being more alone.

As a former personal trainer I’m so happy for this video. Having to argue with clients about simple facts was exhausting. Weighing 150lbs at 5”1 is not a healthy weight goal. It’s not about ws beauty standards and “carrying weight well”, its too much pressure on your joints and vital organs. Why is it offensive to say the truth?

I'm Asian, 26 years old and my size is around 2-4 for most of my life (currently 2). My homecountry Vietnam is ranked one of the country that has slimmest women on earth, and even though we are size 2 women, we still have many problems with men. I know weight is just one out of many many things a woman should have. But why it becomes so difficult for American women when weight is just a starting point, a very very basic thing. To me it's just a small brick in a big house. I've seen my aunties, my mom, my cousins, even though they have 3-4 kids, once they got bigger they started trying to lose weight, not for themselves only, but also they want to look good for their husbands. And yes, they have 4 kids, and size 6 at most.

I am an older female and I've been wondering why younger black women are so angry. I'm a retired 35 year fitness instructor, classroom and swimming pool (not my career). I've seen my share of overweight women. I couldn't figure out why these younger women were 2, 3 times my size (6). There are more than one or two reasons. I've been married twice, currently divorced/single. My heart ❤ bleeds for today's young people and not just on the couples' level. Black people are living tragic lives and it's not all their fault. Generational issues factor into the lives of young blacks. This can be solved with time and age. Time and age will reveal plenty. At this point, time has run out. One thing all of us need to visit is therapy. IT HELPS. You just need to find the right one. Young angry blacks need help desperately. Mr. Samuels is a good start, but take it a step further.

2:34:09 I'm a happily married man, and I still listen to Kevin's shows. I just started a month or two ago. My wife is great. I listen to Kevin's shows essentially to remind myself how lucky I am and how good I have it with my wife. If I had to be out in the dating scene now with all the women my age just wanting to play games or just plain immature, I think I'd rather just be alone and "hire out" my sexual needs when necessary. Ever notice how these SJW and modernists focus so much on changing definitions of words? That’s because they can’t have logical positions with words as they have been defined for ages. It’s like being an engineer and because your design won’t fly, you decide to redefine the law of gravity. Problem fixed: On paper it will fly, sure, but not in real life.

This is such an important video! Three years ago I weighed 250 pounds. I did not know how to pull that weight off and keep it off. I read a book written by a neuroscientist that explained food, addiction issues and why I did what I did with food. It changed my life. The book is called Bright Line Eating. I wish I had found it years ago! My husband has never been happier than he is now because I finally shed all those pounds that had accumulated over the years.
