The licence plate is owned by the DVLA and they are on the outside of the vehicle so they CAN be identified in public. Their is NO such thing as a private number plate.

if you are a taxi driver or similar a dash cam will capture HUNDREDS , or even thousands of numberplate in a day , to say nothing of faces ( and souls ) they have taken 😂 It's a wonder the police don't raid taxi drivers houses to get all the DATA they steal 😀 . Poor Angela has not thought things through, and has NO understanding public photography orvthe concept of NO privicy in public , far less drone laws , or no flight zones, the extent of Angela's ignorance is quit something 😮

Sick of the capturing people's licence plates gash, firstly they are registration plates, your not american pal. Secondly, they are owned by the DVLA. Thirdly, they are on the vehicles for the public to identify the vehicle.
