Your point on why a blanket acceptance of all that is currently in experience is only occasionally, and accidentally helpful was very eye opening for me. "It doesn't help for those things we are overly accepting of". Thank you!

🙏🙏🙏 Those moods and thoughts that we are aware of are already in the past. It is futile to try to change them. So we don't react to them. Whatever moods and thoughts that we will experience is rooted in our intentions currently. Intentions with greed, hatred and delusion will bring afflictions. In this context, one should relinquish them so as to maintain peace in one's mind.
