When i saw Porzingis get booed and saw how he played for the Knicks, and then get played by the Knicks i told myself i was going to start watching him and he would be my favorite player, but he was getting disrespected by his teammates in Dallas so bad and i think the move to Washington is one of the best moves he could have made because they are young and he seams to have gotten over the injuries (hopefully) I am hoping this is not his plateau because sometimes it takes a couple years to fully recover and i think he should be able to score more than 22 a game easy. I understand his team is full of many good offensive players but he should be the 1A/1B with Beal because he is still unguardable when healthy and as he gets healthier his defense should improve to pre injury levels and maybe beyond. He is a perennial All-Star even in a league that is more talented then ever and if he gets back to his top form Imma start watching him because the Wizards have some great pieces. And it may be best he doesn't drop 28-30p.p.g. (though i know he can) if the other pieces come into line around him but if they can figure it all out that team isn;t that far from contending for the East.

Wizards know how to use him, his teammates love him, and he is happy in DC. Such a great move by the Wizards to trade Dinwiddie and a horrible contract in Davis Bertans to get him. Porzingis is just as good a 3pt shooter as Bertans, but can also play down low and brings so much more game to the Wiz. Bertans was a one trick pony. Porzingis is the deal, and he seems to be fitting in so well there in DC.

I love Porzingis, but basketball it's not just about offense, Porzingis has a lot of defense limitations because of his injuries that results in lack of lateral movement and not being fast enough on rotations. Still a very good player, I'm glad he has found a way to recover.

I'm (sadly) a Wizards fan and I love Porzingis. The dude is a glass cannon. He's a severley underrated basketball player, but he gets injured if the wind is blowing the wrong direction. He could have been a shot-blocking, two-way version of Dirk, but his body betrayed him and I cannot blame other teams for valuing him where they do (no direspect to Dirk or his accoomplishments).
