I agree. Not worth arguing about, but I've been doing process improvement consulting and training for approaching 2 and a half decades now. It's hard not to notice things sometimes. My curiosity gets the better of me--especially since I've been turning down the drink cups for years and never had a problem. Thanks for watching, by the way.
