Man, thank you so much for this video. I was feeling very unconfident and my self-esteem was down to the ground. I played a soccer game 2 weeks ago and I played like sh*t, made countless mistakes and let my teammates down. That one bad game has been living inside my head again and again to the point where I don't see myself as a good player anymore. And last Saturday, I played another game. And yes, I played like sh*t again. After that game, I realized that my skills were not the problems, the problem was inside my HEAD. Long story short, this video popped up on my feed. (16:37 - the part where it hit me the most) This week, I have another game and I'm feeling very confident and ready to win.💪💯

I am speechless....this is so accurate it hurts. I was doing well at uni, and got an assistant job in my field after only my 1st year and when I came back in fall I was feeling amazing about my achievement. A month later my best friend dropped out, and never texted or anything. I began to wonder why I could never keep any friends, why am I not worthy of anyone ever sticking around, what was wrong with me...and I found a lot to beat myself over....and it plummeted from there... Even in the midst of success, I've felt like a loser because I've not been able to achieve my own goals - the things I want for myself and not what someone else wants for me. I think the reason why you need to think of yourself as a winner in order to win often is because then you imagine the steps and things you would have to do in order to succeed. By doing that, you will see if your capable of doing the steps necessary to succeed or if you even know what they are. This allows you to course correct to a place where you will end up winning.
