Because of poverty, they often don't have access to family planning and birth control or any type of health care at all, which ironically results in them having lots of children they can't support furthering their state of poverty. This is how poverty goes on and on through generations.

It's pointless. They just don't care enough. They will use up the money without thinking about the future then end up needing more. They need to learn how to take care of themselves. With so much famine & hunger in Haiti, it is a sin that developed countries of the world do not come together and help with resources & training to aide Haiti in bringing this country up from third world status, infrastructure, water & food is desperately needed among other things,
