Watch me say few things. Ive been in Vietnam for 2 years and now thinking going back to Australia end of this July. Street foods got me itchy anus during the night (got worm in stomach because eating contaminated foods). I am waiting for the last day before I board the plane in order to take Fugacar (worm killer tablet) 😂 I could taste plastic in bottled water, even bought in supermarket (hot humid weather caused it). Too hot to eat so most of the time I drank water during the day as well as intermitten fasting practice. So my tounge really sensitive to tastes 😂 Polution made me sick. I am suffocated when on road. Hard to breathe and you can call me weak thats fine 😂 I grew up in Vietnam 15 years and move to Australia for than a decade then came back Vietnam for travel but traffic 😂 I used to be not afraid to die but now i am 😂 not scared to die doesnot mean i will not die. In Vietnam I see 5 lanes on a single road: 2 walk lanes, left, right AND opposite of left or opposite of right 😂 Price was ridiculous high compare to Australia 😂 Western foods price would be high in Asia, that makes sense, but Asian foods also same price ?!? 😂 People around me called me cheap/poor Viet Kieu because seeing me eating Dalat Sweet Potato 😂 I said it is superfood in Australia, the reason why people don’t valued it because it is cheap, and in their mind cheap is less nutrition and only for poor people to eat 😂

Dont worry mate , it happen in many south East Asian countries include Australia if you didnt come across. I like to eating healthy foods and people think you are poor , no job, no money. When I take out my Samsung fold 4 play around with it, they all shut their mouth. It look like you people are poor and so cheap cant afford to buy $3000 phone. so tell them F... off Vietnam a very challenging society if you are weak and couldnt handle all those poor dogs and cat looking down on other people. You teach yourself mentally strong ready for any battle they throw at you. Come back Australia and drive a few thousand dollar car on the street, you see what happen. At first you dont notice anything like Vietnam. After 6 months , you can feel it and the the look in their eyes, the company you work, the neighbours etc. When I was in my 20 , i drive a really old car for 10 years, the more they look down, the more I feel a challenge. let see how long I can handle it, the girls dont want to sit in the car either

Yup, I get sick every day from eating the food in Vietnam (too much salt, msg, and who know what else) while traveling/living there. Sick from pollution, and it's getting worse. Traffic. The way the people think over there, it's just different (western vs eastern mindset). I have been back a few times and my limit is about two weeks, after that I just can't wait to get out of there.

@@winnwinn7580 Sorry, but your observation does not make sense. His accent is definitely a typical Australian 🇦🇺 accent. There’s no way that anyone could argue that it’s American English or whatever. Read through the comments because others have stated that they too like his Australian 🇦🇺 accent.

Honestly and this will rub people the wrong way. Most male Viet Kieus go back to Vietnam just for the girls … it is an open secret. Don’t give me that: - I want to see the land of my ancestors - I want to get in touch with my roots - I want to learn my mother tongue - I want to meet my relatives You see so many of Viet Kieus from all over going to Vietnam and hitting the dating scene and getting married with girls from the motherland. Do you see Viet Kieu girls doing the same: dating and getting married with Vietnamese guys from the motherland? Not really and if it does happen is way less. Why is that?

He got a comfortable life in Australia, the family own a bakery, doesnt have to worry about getting a job or anything like all the guys. It impossible for him go into family bakery business working night shift like his father. The sister helping mum selling bread and all the cakes. He not a typical Vietnamese Australian family. The parents bough him a nice car and then claim company tax, he driving around showing off to all the uni friends.
