Fascinating! I tuned in and watched the whole thing bcuz since I started dry fasting a few weeks ago, I noticed that drinking water is not the same thing as hydration. You just start paying attention to what’s going on inside of you during a dry fast. And I have the same symptoms this lady described. Dry all the time and not feeling quench from drinking water. And what I noticed is that the cells and water system in my body has a mind of it’s own and does things during a dry fast that drinking water everyday doesn’t. That does healing work on me physically and also emotionally and mentally. I’m noticing that it all goes together in unison. What affects us physically and nutritionally also affects us emotionally and mentally. For example… During the dry fast, and even already dry as bone to begin with, I experienced good bowel movement when the time for it comes. And reduced muscle and nerve pain. Drinking a lot of water everyday I now realize is useless. This video isn’t about dry fasting, but what I’m saying is that it makes me tune in and pay close attention to what’s going on inside of me. Exactly as the lady described. I’m becoming more connected to low carb living, and I’m gonna start buying spring water from now on! Keep digging sis and bringing us that cosmic and cellular info about ourselves! I believe that one day, far in the future, very far, but still, one day, we’re gonna have spiritual powers like E.T., with a light in our chest, and be able to fully control our health and plant life with our mind.

Thanks for the great topic. Of long-term interest to me. In the 1970s Elaine Morgan offered a theory that we were not monkeys dropping out of trees as much as sea mammals emerging from the ocean ( like dugong and also, surprisingly elephants, which cry salt tears and were fat like dugong before they became land-based and skinny inside a baggy skin). So it's not at all surprising that plasma and amniotic fluid match sea water. Explains why we are low in magnesium in particular. But the rest as well. (Minus the plastic☹️).

Not sure this sounds quite right. Far as I know isotonic saline is 9 parts per thousand and seawater is 35 parts per thousand. And drinking sea water straight out of the ocean, if you're say stranded on a deserted island or something, can kill you . . .

I think you can use filtered water & Quinton sparingly! You can also leave your water in the sun to structure it and add things like lemon. For us - we put it into the budget. My heart palpitations stopped once I faithfully began taking BiOptimisers magnesium blend (capsules) with my breakfast & lunch ... plus Relyte electrolytes in my afternoon/evening Structured water (giant glass spigot-style dispenser that I put on my sunny patio table, filled with my clean, crisp well-water, and stirred with my Analemma Wand, Sarah!) Dr Tom Cowan's books is where I learned about Pollack's Exclusion Zone (EZ) water (aka Structured water) as the fourth phase of water.... but he gave a great interview on Ben Greenfield's podcast in 2019 or 2020, where he explained these New Biology principles. Edit: forgot to mention the reason I began taking Redmond's Real Salt & their Relyte & BiOptimiser's magnesium is because of switching from an unwitting Keto diet to grass-fed Carnivore diet back in 2019. Recently learned on Carnivore Angel's channel about salt-loading as a way to flush out a buildup of Bromine, which causes belly bloating. When following the protocol exactly as described, it really works!
