You may want to look to The Stanton Migraine protocol. The book is under the same title. The writer and creator of the protocol is an expert on hydration. Her PhD is the basis of proper hydration of correct sodium and potassium balance within the body. Her name is Angela Stanton. She talks about how hydration does not come from water alone and how the cells need the correct ratio of sodium and potassium. Definitely check her out.

Thanks - yes I’m familiar with her protocol. But if we only look at things from a chemical standpoint & not through the lens of the mitochondria we don’t get the full picture ❤️ More resources coming soon!

@@SarahKleinerWellness with real and proper hydration there is a chemical element that has to happen. That is science and nothing changes that. Yes others factors do come into play but talking about hydration in the body it is definitely a chemical element that’s working here.

Well, I walk barefoot all the time in my backyard and spend at least an hour everyday in the sun, try to catch sunrise and sunset, but I still have mad leg cramps I think magnesium or calcium deficiency but it's weird because I take magnesium sup and lots of dairy.

Great job on those habits! Are you living an a high EMF area? Do you turn off WiFi at night & unplug things in your sleeping area? Also - drinking clean spring water & adding Quinton minerals and hydrogen tabs can be very helpful and can create a faraday cage similar to grounding ❤️❤️❤️❤️. Leg cramps can also be potassium deficiency!

The problem with magnesium pills is that the stomach acids destroy most of it especially if eating carnivore because our stomach acid is the highest from how we eat. A spray will work better as magnesium is transdermal. Using DMSO with it makes it even more effective.

@ Tomato Lemon. I’ve had horrible leg cramps, too. However, I do really well if a drink enough water (for me about 6 - 8 oz cups a day). I also add electrolytes (called 40,000 volts) about 3/4 tsp once a day in my water. As long as I maintain this regimen, I do really well.

Quinton has been life-changing for me! I have a serious problem with my back---a vertebra has slipped out of place because of a deteriorating disc and though I can do certain exercises to get it back in place it won't stay there; consequently, my back continually aches which makes it hard to do some things and makes me excessively tired. I purchased Quinton as a result of this video and, since I've been using it (and much to my astonishment because I never expected it) the pain is gone and I've got my old energy back! Also, it has greatly improved my nocturia so that I get up only once per night instead of 3 or 4 times. And all this after less than a week of taking it! I know that it sounds impossible but I can't attribute these changes (after putting up with these afflictions for several years) to anything else! By the way, I'm 2 months away from my 78th birthday. I will never ever be without this product.

The spring water is too expensive for me to keep doing on a regular basis. I have jugs I refill with RO water. I’ve ordered the Quinton Isotonic and plan to get the Hypertonic as well. Isn’t the Quinton enough for mineralization? I also hear that squeezing lemons or lime in your water gives it back it’s life again if you’re drinking mineral depleted water like RO.

Yes I think that you could do a combo of Quinton and lemon. (Quinton is all you need for mineralization). Also you can structure your water by leaving it out in a glass jar in the sun! ❤️❤️

Yes yes please need that webinare. I have suffered from dehydration for over 10years. And yes I used to drink a Gallon of water a day. But for some reason every time I go to the doctors this is one of the issues that is brought up to me. I need help to understand why and what I can do to fix this.

Seems to me that the Quinton mineral content is kind of low especially if you have deficiencies. What do you think. She also never said how to check your mineral levels she was not a fan of the htma test.

HTMA tests are very different depending on providers. Some of them do a poor job testing for important key minerals. That’s why I only talk about the Upgraded Formulas test, because it tests for the key minerals that cause the most issues for people. The one she did was probably not checking for the correct things. Quinton has 78 different minerals & I have found it to be very helpful!

Interesting! How does the view that structured water in plants is healthy go together with deuterium though...? (I took a quick look on her insta.) I have heard this about structured water in fruits/plants before and I must admit that I have no issues with electrolyte balance when I include some plants. But now, a couple of months into zero carb again I feel like I'm about to die once again...Constantly running on stresshormones, racing heart, cannot sleep, literally shaking and feeling sick from the stresshormones. Chest pain daily, tingling hands and feet, intracranial pressure. Yeah..same old, same old. I literally feel like I'm about to die at any second. I'm trying to just get through the day and become fat adapted and not go back to reintroducing carbs bcs I'm trying to heal SIBO, fibromyalgia, asthma, joint pain and I can't do that with carbs. Atleast not the SIBO. But I cannot take this much longer...my body can't take much more. I am taking electrolytes. I have tweaked. I don't know what to do anymore. I have tested to implement some of your tips in your videos. Awesome tips ofc, but it seems like the nr 1 thing that will bring down my stresshormones is some carbs. Feck, I don't want to give in bcs I'm not sure if my SIBO is gone and then I would have gone through these past months of no sleep and stresshormones for nothing. I have bought your course, haven't had time to watch it yet though. But I don't know if anything in there can actually help in this situation though and make me be able to fat adapt.🤪 Oh....And I want to know more about hydration.🤣🌺

Honestly I think seasonal plants in the scarcity of meat are how we evolved. I would work on getting a good spring water with Quinton minerals….structuring your water & working on reducing your exposure to NNEMF and other stressors. More grounding - more circadian attention & work with someone because this sounds like you need a second set of eyes ❤️❤️❤️

@@SarahKleinerWellness I most definitely need to work with someone, I have needed that for several years bcs I have been running in circles trying to fix mysel, but I haven't been able to afford personal coaching during these years. I was even so desperate that I turned to Medical Medium bcs I got so ill last time after 9 months of carnivore with the same issues I'm having now. And I did feel better for a while. Probably bcs bringing oxalates back in temporarily stopped the dumping plus I could use some carbs when I couldn't fully use fats as fuel plus I actually think that this structured water thingy probably helped aswell. But then...oh, the horror.🤪 I have been really sick for over 22 years now and I've tried to find ways to heal ever since...But its like searching for a needle in space! As you said, I REALLY need to work with someone but I live on disability. I could only buy your course bcs it's 50 % off now, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to do it. So that was great ofc! 🌺🌸❤🌸🌺

I'm in a similar situation. It is not the exact same details, but very very relatable. I wish I'd been able to get on disability. Any doctor I've ever mentioned that to was extreme in his disapproval and now over these last two years of brain fog I feel like the spiraling problems of life are just drowning me. Everything I can't deal with (or fail at dealing well with) has grown so terrible. If I work less hours I'm in danger of being homeless within a month or less and possible not eating for part of August and if I work more hours the stress reactions are making me worse and more dangerous. While I'm praying for me and my daughter I'll be praying for you too! Odd side note, considering I definitely cannot afford it but: I gave in to the urge to buy a blk. water one day when the cheaper water in the cooler was out and I was in the hot Florida sun in the car as usual. And then my body started telling me to get that. I gave in to a few different urges for better meats and blk. water in July. And then I gained weight and I'm about to be in that extreme homelessness fear spiral with all the very real consequences that just keep growing worse and worse these last two years. But I still think its interesting that I got those cravings for that water. And I definitely experienced some improvements in July even though I did gain weight too instead of losing. Now if I could just get rid of my recurring workplace stressors problem that my body has been reacting so very badly too! (And if I could survive working over time in stead of cutting my hours back.)

Yes, hydration information would be helpful. I supplement with magnesium, potassium, lots of sea salt and lots of trace minerals. I still suffer from leg cramping in the middle of the night 😣

What is your idea of "clean spring water" do you have brands you favor, that do not have radioactive elements or other contaminants? Seems like, in today's toxic world, it is better to purify your own water and then add back minerals.

I have a filter and do Redmond’s real salt, no salt and lemon in glass of water that I sip after waking up. I’ve also have eaten a serving size of Dulse from the Maine Coast near and around Nova Scotia my entire life cuz my Nana was from there.
