Casey I was where you were at back in 2020. I was listening to snake diet guy alot. Fasting absolutely RUINED my health. A night and day difference. I hate to agree with sv3rige but he was right and I didn't listen. All of the rolling fasts I did just weakened my body overall and used up all my stored nutrients. I deteriorated after 3/4 months and im still trying to put the pieces back together. Please stop before it's too late

The already horribly suffering are made to suffer even worse, almost like there is an awareness that fixates on those already in pain like a radar to inflict more on them until they die begging for help that never comes. It’s all too obvious which is why I was never able to adopt atheism , it’s impossible to me that all of this pain and torment just randomly generated by itself for no reason ... as you beautifully put it , it’s like seeing a crime scene and not acknowledging that someone did the horrendous crime . This is insidiously evil and only the blind and oblivious can’t see that. Pharma Corps, the cemetery industrial complex and all the rest of the industrial complexes absolutely NEED more test subjects/victims! So pump out as many more victims/perpetrators as possible!!!

I figured out it was eating fruit for dinner and savory for breakfast + washing my face (whole food plant based). To this day I only wash face with water and my skin is decent (fruitarian)

I have mixed feelings about telling you to just get a cheaper juicer to see if you like even like juicing first. I actually hated juicing when I got my first Omega and it was taking 45 minutes just to make one juice, the machine constantly backed up from juicy fruits but couldn't handle hard things very well either, etc. So it can be the machine that makes you think you hate juicing. Later I fell in love with the speed of the Brevilles but again each model had its own strengths and weaknesses, so I had to keep several of them in my cupboards! Cardio till you can’t breathe, push-ups to failure, more cardio, sit-ups to failure, etc. then track practice in off season. I went from parents thinking I was low IQ to gifted and best at my school in math and science. Then undiagnosed mold toxicity fucked me from age 14-26 hahaha If you have some external toxins that have managed to take hold in your body, fasting and play foods might help. But I don’t see why one would ever cut out animal products completely. Nourishment is more than just development. Ha! You misread my question... I meant body fat percentage, not losing weight. And, I wasn't referring to a single fast minimum time. I meant, if one does daily fast time, how much time each day is optimal? Is a daily 12 to 15 hour fast even effective? Good video today!
@Lieutenant-Dan
@Lieutenant-Dan Жыл бұрын
Reducing body fat IS weight loss. When people say "I want to lose weight" they are generally referring to body fat 😆 His point is change your lifestyle to improve your overall health rather than just focusing weight/fat loss. Generally fasting at least 12 hours a day is great for overall health. Try a few different eating windows to see what suits you best and makes you feel better. Everyone is different.
@charliejg
@charliejg Жыл бұрын
@@Lieutenant-Dan Reducing body fat percentage is NOT necessarily weight loss. I am very well aware that one must have a healthy lifestyle. Mine includes body weight exercise and hiking. One could weight quite a lot yet have a low body fat percentage.

@@charliejg If you're lowering body fat % you generally would be losing weight at the same time, they tend to go hand in hand. Anyways I think you're asking the wrong person, Vegetable Police doesn't really care about fasting for fat loss 😆 he uses it for other reasons.

Let me explain: A “Normal” shopping trip for me: -At least a few steaks and/or roasts, something along these lines -Several packages of dark chicken (organic) -At least a dozen pasture raised eggs -Maybe a few fillets of fish, a package of shrimp, etc. -Some veggies, both fresh and frozen, but not so much the beets/radish/turnip/rutabaga/parsnip/horseradish, etc. type -Some fruit, usually apples, oranges, grapes, and something else like grapefruit, but in the summer, quite a lot more berries and cherries largely in place of these guys. -Some nuts like pistachios, peanuts and cashews. Also pumpkin and sunflower seeds. -Olives, Olive Oil, little bit of Guacamole and/or Avocado maybe -Maybe sauerkraut, Nuun juice tablets, poppi or Olipop prebiotic soda, little bit of dark chocolate, other produce less often consumed, condiments like tartar sauce and Asian cooking sauces, ice cream, etc. Now, a more “fru fra” shopping trip (in comparison): -Frozen meaty pizza -Frozen chimichangas -Frozen taquitos -Frozen chicken mcnuggers -Chicken wings -BBQ Pork Ribs -Cookies and Cream Ice Cream -More “unusual” produce (mustard greens, rutabaga, parsnips, rainbow cauliflower, broccolini, broccoli rabe, radicchio, muskmelon, papaya, dragonfruit, durian, jackfruit, passion fruit, uglifruit, star fruit, yucca root, coconut, kohlrabi, pumpkin, yams, sweet potato, eggplant, chili peppers, etc. -Goofy candy/goodies: taffy, nerds, runts, licorice, caramello bars, etc. -Stinky cheese -Lard (You get the idea. And, oh yeah, stuff like flowers and unbirthday cake…) This is still quite different than the “old school” shopping list, or the “ultimate bachelor” shopping list: Old School: -Milk -Eggs -Butter -Cheese -Sunday Roast -Canned Tuna -Chicken -Fish -Lettuce -Celery -Carrots -Broccoli -Apples -Cauliflower -Corn -Rice -Pinto Beans -Bread -Dinner Rolls -Strawberry Jam -Marmalade -Orange Juice -Apple Juice -Grape Juice -Popsicles -Flour -Semi sweet Chocolate Chips -Bananas -Potatoes -Onions -Cold Cereal -English Muffins -Yogurt (fruit) Etc. Ultimate Bachelor Shopping List: -Bacon. More bacon. MORE. -Sausages. Bratwurst. Bockwurst. Kielbasa. Italian. -Beef Steaks: Tri Tip, New York Strip, Ribeye, T-bone, Chuck… -Beef Ribs, Short Ribs -Bison -Pork Ribs, Pork Roast -Chicken Wings -Chicken Drumsticks -Chicken. -Turkey -Fried Chicken -Potatoes -Bread -Pizzas -Burgers -Chili -Beef Stew -Pasta -Corn -Fruit -Carrots. Maybe. -Tomato Sauce -Herbs like oregano -Doritos -Pringles -Tortilla Chips -Milk -Steel Cut Oats -Beans/Rice -Bananas etc. There might be a certain kind of person associated with these different grocery shopping lists…. And you can probably guess what kind of person the next shopping list describes: -Ice Cream -Chocolate -Nutella -Herbal Tea -Artisan Cheese -Scented Candles/something aromatic -Pasta -Olives -Tomato Sauce -Risotto -Sprouted Bread -Cilantro -Watercress -Microgreens -Arugula -Salads -Fresh Basil -Viniagrette -Celery -Shrimp -Grass Fed Greek Yogurt -Spirulina -Strawberries -Chocolate Covered Strawberries 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

So pump out as many more victims/perpetrators as possible!!!.

One of my goats recently died, her last pregnancy was hard on her... It was sad... but then I skinned her and butchered her and and slow cooked the front thigh for my 10 dogs, and they love it and they drank the broth... #lovemydoggies Oh and im tanning the hide and gonna make another carpet, my first one was from my bull and my main dog brownie loves sitting on it, hes like " wait a minute, why does this feel familiar ?" xD

Yeah, the collagen thing is silly. You just take it in as protein lol. It doesn't make more collagen. You need a lot of vitamin C and other antioxidants for that.

Eat animal food, but dont eat them in a large meal, I must have some ground raw meat (about 125-250g) in one meal with 1-2 eggs atleast 2-3 times per week to feel like a million bucks, rest of the time, mostly dairy products as main animal protein and carbs from,beans,lentils, fibrous food as much variety as possible for microbiome
