The stock market is changing and no longer the same. In this day and age, everyone has forgotten about value investing. It's now all about hype stocks, at least according to the new generation of investors. In this video I give my thoughts and opinion on the current market conditions, as well as my approach moving forward. I also discuss why I am currently over 40% in cash in my Fidelity portfolio and what my plans are in the future. Are we in a stock market bubble? Will there be a stock market correction in 2021?

yea man got rid of Geo 2 months before the election. Horrible investment but a lesson learned not to chase yield. I sold out of O and began selling cash secured puts on it which bring in a lot more income for now.

Loved the intro! I am also getting into real estate for the first time to diversify and give something new a try. Closing on a duplex shortly, It's great timing too with the pandemic and working from home, I can closely monitor the progress where as in the past I wouldn't be able to.
