I send you much love and am so sorry for the loss of your mom. The frustration and sadness were palpable, I cried as you shared your mom's passing. You are a sovereign being and I honor your right to grieve as comes natural to you. I do ask that you consider giving yourself time to deal. Before embarking on a breatharian dive, give nurture and kindness to your broken heart first. I posit, that we do not agree to subject ourselves to the earthly plane and its inherent limitations, without much consideration before hand. The human experience is just that- human. Perfectly designed to elevate our consciousness. Take care of yourself Casey. 💙🤍💙🤍💙🤍

Grieving is totally normal. Cry your heart out, take a break from YT, stay in touch with family and good friends and give yourself time. My mom died almost 2 years ago. The pain and loss will never go away, but you learn in time to live with it in some way. Starving yourself is not the solution for grieving. Don't run away from the pain and grieving.

Brother, I’ve been watching for a while. I’m so sorry to hear about your mother. As someone who has gone through a lot of grief from loss, I really strongly recommend you be still for a little while. Resist big lifestyle changes or focus that pulls you away from the pain of grief. It’s so much easier to distract ourselves from what we’re experiencing these days, it gets hard to know when it’s happening. All this to say, you take care of yourself in the ways that make sense to you. Everyone just wants to see you heal and be happy.

You had/have issues with suffering from disease relating to the digestive system, me too although not as rough a path like you. You seem like a spiritual guy I am a christian. You have been on the vegan path I am on it. We both are very sceptical of the establishment. I admit I cried a lot when you uploaded last video. I have been praying for you and your mum and I admit it didn´t work in terms of the outcome I had hoped for. I know that none of that helps you in anyway but I had a naive hope that maybe somehow it helps a tiny bit knowing that a lot of people out there have similar experiences. I have been practicing long term fasts almost 2 years, my max was 14 days without food, Its the most powerful tool for me, after second day I feel amazing, very energetic, positive, open minded, full of insights, ideas and believing that i could achieve everything. All of my anxiety and deprassion symptoms dissapearing, I dont even drink water, only before going to bed, its helps me sleep better, and dry fast is easier and more effective. Then I am going back to food coma many of those effects are disappearing. I like an Idea to not to eat at all, but I am losing weight and becoming the skeleton. About year ago I was preoccupied with an idea to become autonomyic, was researching a lot about breatheriarism, prana eating. But I came to conclusion, that this is not possible, all of those guys, who didnt die eventually got back to eating again. And 95.7% of those guys are quacks. So right now I kind of accepting my human animal nature, that I have Gi tract and have to eat, and with food I am closer to an animal in terms of consciousness, I am not so sharp, not insightful and light, like on fasting, and pretty often after I dont want to do anything. But try to fast as much as possible

Kasey, please be safe! I know I said this a few years ago (I had a different account then) but my grandma died a few years ago because she stopped eating. She believed alien entities were testing her and if she were to pass the test they'd give her healing powers. She didn't eat for a month and half, kept saying she was fine and that she knew what she was doing until one day her heart stopped while she climbing the stairs and she just fell there and died. My grandma was an amazing woman. A few years prior, she had tripped down the same stairs and broken her leg so badly the broken bone was sticking out of her shin and was bleeding everywhere. She somehow kept her composure, crawled all the way to the kitchen and managed to tie a home made tourniquet around her thigh and saved her own life. At the hospital the doctors told her she would never walk again. Less than a year later she walked again. We love you ❤ We don't want to lose you!!

The very AIR we breathe (prana, chi, qi, vril) the Sun and the Earth itself (free electrons - grounding, going bare-foot) are our main sources of energy being that our bodies are ELECTRICAL in nature. For certain foods in the SAD (Standard American Diet) it could be argued that our bodies expend MORE energy processing the food that it actually receives from it. Having said that if you truly believe what you stated (almost all humans alive have been INSTRUCTED to believe this also) then it WILL be true for YOU (and anyone else who has bought into this belief and who fears experimenting with their own body to find the ACTUAL truth). Things are only impossible if you believe them to be. We are so much more than we have been lead to believe. Blessings.

I'm on the path to breatharian and actually your content has helped tremendously. It's all about getting balanced and energy from your movements... study the biomechanics - for aid on alignment with the subconscious and nervous systems - but also see how you recognize how the energy is alive and vibrational. It's a conversation. It's definitely not about starving - observe - action - reaction The weight does stop falling off at some point and you cultivate a system which can run on...

Not sure if it’s the saturation and vibrance on your camera but you are looking very good and in high spirits for someone who just lost his Mom.

In Buddhist scriptures, there is actually a teaching that somehow relates to breatharians. It is called Aganna Sutta, it is the last sutta in Digha Nikaya. There the Buddha describes beings that descended on Earth from higher realms. These beings were originally breatharians. But they tasted some sweet liquid that was available. They started to eat it on a regular basis. When they were finished with it, they start to eat some mushrooms. As time went on, their food became gradually more gross. As a result, their bodies became grosser too. That was the moment when these beings started to get sick. This reminds me how I lived too. I was addicted to junk food. Gradually I needed more a more of this junk food. It took me some time to reverse this proces.... anyway, I would not put limits on what we humans are capable of.

Kasey, you cannot be a breatharian at your latitude. It's true that the sun is our primary energy source, but most of us can't get enough full-spectrum sunlight, and you certainly can't get it in a cold climate where a lot of clothes are necessary. I hope you ignore the commenters who are criticizing your choices. If you take no pleasure in eating right now, then don't eat. You won't die. Above all else, be kind to yourself. 🌱

@@owenoliverc That's very interesting! Thank you for your polite reply. I can see what your getting at, I think. It's like Wim Hof's cold therapy? Your body becomes adapted, maybe making more brown fat? I've only seen videos of breatharians in tropical climates, so I assumed that was required. I should be more careful before opening my digital mouth. 🙊

The amount a person needs to eat is HIGHLY linked to the level of consciousness they hold. If you see yourself as a victim in any way and/or hold any form of judgment against others (other-selves), then you have some more 'work' to do. Food can also be seen as a tool rather than a fuel, you can use it to help control your vibration and to ground back into your body when needed. Blessings.

Use baking soda, mix 1 table spoon with water and take in the morning. It will help you live approximately 24% longer. Pay attention to your breathing before you take it, then see how much better it is after (hold your breath before and after to test). It will turn you into a superman and it kills cancer by neutralizing the acid in your body and delivering more oxygen to your vital organs.

Epic direction change. I'll suggest a many series of enemas to unstick all of this meat in you colon before fasting man ! Beware of the difficulty to digest food after a fast, what are you going to eat if it's 1 day on 7, all meat ?

It only works if you are in the Non-Dual "space" If you are mind (ego) bound it also doable but you have put in the work. Also you can fast your way into Non-Duality, but that is a topic of it's own ;)
