I'm currently in Bangkok and while there's a lot of great things here, it's definitely buzzzzin' and VERY BUSY. I decided to shift gears and head up to CM to change up the intensity and will plan to be there next week. If you're open to it, would love to meet up to grab a bite to eat after your work hours and chat it up to hear more about your CM life reset after leaving the US. Very much inspired seeing a brother living the expat life! 🙏🏾🌏 (Note: no funny bizness here reaching out randomly like this; just a Californian looking for other options in the future and CM is definitely one of the top spots on my list.)

When you are single with no debts, it is easier to quit your job and be adventurous moving to another country. Yes, the Thai mannerisms of being nonjudgmental, polite, patient and “sabai-sabai” will rub off on you.

Before moving, I spent 4 months in around CM - I miss it all as u describe . It does sound great to move there and set up my own online business eventually, alongside more personal development. Hello Zo, i just found your channel. I wanted to ask how difficult do you think it would be to move to thailand with 15k and no job, i hope to find work as an English teacher but i dont have a degree. Should I get a Tefl and then try to move?

yo you should be fine savings wise - def get a tefl before (i would take it online) and you may be able to finesse getting hired w/o a degree. i've heard of ppl who have...strings can always be pulled ya know
