If anyone has ever told you wholesaling is the only way to get into real estate, you may need to find someone else to listen to.
Don't get me wrong, wholesaling has been an amazing tool. It's the reason why I am where I am today, and has taught me so much about creative transactions.
That being said, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. There's a lot of problems that can come up, and it's certainly not for everyone. That's why I decided to switch it up.

Agreed wholesaling is a bussiness that stands out from most and is not the most fulfilling or best option for some depending on where they want to be. But I will say that wholsaling can teach you alot about real estate and bussiness and investments in general. From bussiness to bussiness you will probably see some parallels which is what facisinates me.

Anything is scalable. I prefer lending because it is less work for higher returns in my experience
