When I first started I trainned with the apps on app store I knew nothing about workout (like what even is a exercise) then after like two months I thought that this isn't getting anywhere I was frustrated I saw no result (but i was feeling fit and that kept me going ) so started learn thing by myself by watching KZfaq videos push up tutorials I learned how to do push up one time my left elbow was hurting so much but frustration kept me wanting to push through them I realised I should let it heal so it took me almost two months to fully recover my elbow then I started everything again form basics I made own first own workout (on 1 January 23) by picking up exercises from KZfaq i learned most of the basics exercises but the exercises I picked up were the ones that cannot be progressed for long terms i eventually stopped working out again after I think 6 months because exercises were so weird and annoying so i bought some weights and a pull up bar and the real fun began in before the break I took for almost 6 months I learned how to train every body what is frequency , rep, intensity, volume and in the break time i was still learning but slowly putting exercises to test and got to know about your channel i literally watched every video in your channel then I thought about start aining once again from zero made new for that current time then just the day when I thought about testing the workout my exam interfered ( I worked out two weeks in between exam time) and then i had to stop I wasn't able workout out for two weeks then on 11 march 2024 my exams were over and the new semester won't started in a short time i started to continue the journey did it for 2-3 weeks then I went for a vacation stopped working out again then after a month when we were about to return something clicked and I thought that training 5 days week take too much of my time I thought about switch the split I learned about different workout splits and got to know the ppl it made thing really easy and effective when I came from vacation I made my workout for me weak self started from zero followed the ppl workout are now really fun and effective it also doesn't casue any problem while studying (like 5 day split or bro split) been almost three months still training today (3 July 2024 ) it's pull day . Your channel was a really big help for training back and shoulder I was not training my back before I had pull up bar I still have a lot to learn and I will continue learning from your channel and other

I realized I could do a bunch of different exercises to target areas of my upper body… or just do pushups 😂 I dislike pushups and have ever since I was a kid, but dare I say that they are starting to grow on me because I’m finally able to do some without feeling like my elbows want to snap. Fellow ladies, especially my tall girls, we got the cards stacked against us but it’s just that much more fulfilling to achieve some pushups ❤ And kneeling pushups are still pushups ❤

I am 17 and I want to unlock my potential. I see lots of videos of people doing amazing things I thought would be impossible, but it turns out the answer was always training hard in calisthenics. I want to balance muscle with flexibility and I thought the best way to do that would be using motions that can be used in daily life in training, also doing stretches of course. Currently, I am trying to find the right level of intensity for me. Honestly, I want to progress faster so sometimes I get really frustrated. I guess I just have to not stop

I started calisthenics when I was 42. I love to learn and I’m looking forward to earning a few skills myself. Front lever and tuck planche, here I come!

I also stated at the age of 17... With the basics, pushups and squats and then it was inspired by my coming across Chris Heira. God, I loved his physique and wanted to be like him and so I started with his videos... Although more on HIIT, I still work with some of workouts I learnt from him. And then there's you, another big source of inspiration.

Currently I’m 19 and I started working out at the age of 15 it was after my uncle passed away from stomach cancer. During this time I was with my maternal family who I had to stay with due to my unsafe situation at home. However everything went back to normal and I’m back at my og home and I’m yolkup and can do all these things which I would never thought were possible such and front level, planche and muscle up. I hope you know Daniel I see you as hero as much as my uncle was to me ❤❤❤
