Once again, reports are flying that Kylian Mbappe will be moving to Real Madrid at the end of the season.
Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior even got involved by 'liking' a post on Instagram that announced Mbappe's impending arrival at the Bernabeu
But history has taught us not to be too certain until the transfer window is closed and shut, especially with this particular move, but if the France national team captain is indeed moving to the Spanish capital, we fear it might not be the best move for him.
Yeah, that might sound like a crazy thing to say, but come with us today and we’ll tell you why Mbappe joining Real Madrid might be a bad move.
First of all, Mbappe hates to play the center-forward position; for PSG, the France national team, Monaco, it doesn’t matter what team it is, Kylian just wants to kill it on the wing and he has let everyone know on a couple occasions.

Even the magic BBC trio had Benzema and Bale outshined by CR7, Benzema was a 3rd men his entire career and the only 2 seasons he had as the main attacker he managed a ballon d'or, if you don't know, Benzema was once one of the Young Superstars in the world, but spent his whole career in CR7's shadow just to get recognized as a world class when CR7 left, and the last thing that the world needs is Vini JR, Rodrygo and Belligham to be co-stars to Mbappe's show when they're already in a great spot to win UCL.

Point 1. - He has been playing in the centre under Enrique for the last 4 months. His goal tally has not gone down despite this. Go look at Benzema's heat map in 2020-2022, playing alongside Vini. You'd be surprised he played through the left more than he played through the middle. Mbappe would have that freedom as well Point 2. La liga is not the same, yet Madrid has won 5 of the last 10. The most recent being 2 years ago, beating the EPL's top 4 to win it... 4 years after Ronaldo left. Also, check out the viewership of El Classicos despite the absence of Ronaldo and Messi. Point 3.- He should go join which club in EPL? Then Halaand will win the ballon d'or multiple times before he even sniffs it because Man City's dominance will continue in England any way. Also, Halaand and his entire entourage has said he plans on moving to Spain after a few years...he's in his second year, so tops, he spends another 2-3 years. Him joining EPL because of another player who would soon leave would be quite silly then wouldn't it? Point 4. - Real Madrid is NOT PSG, your ego reduces drastically once you walk into that club for obvious reasons. Ronaldo spent 9 years at Madrid despite his ego. Also, he didn't have a clash with Perez. They simply disagreed on money, the club didn't budge and he decided to leave because Madrid refused to give him the kind of contract that Barcelona gave Messi that almost bankrupted them. I do not think it's a bad move for him or the club to be in partnership with Mbappe. In my opinion he is made to play for the greatest football club ever. Kylian mbappe is one of the controversial player in football history. Real Madrid is one of the very controversial team in football history and most importantly Florentino perez is one of the controversial club president in football history. They have similarities. They have same ego, same hate for others and other teams. They fit in perfectly with these categories and it may start well for mbappe at Real madrid but it will not end well for mbappe at Real madrid because that had happened so often to many players. Wrong on every point. Simply put, who is the favourite for the Ballon Dor today? Bellingham. And he plays for Real in a "Past its peak La liga" "Declining Barcelona" and overtaking Haaland without being in the same league. Madrid is the biggest club in the world and Mbappe going there doesn't stop him competing for anything, it does opposite. It’s mentioned that Mbappe prefers playing on the left wing, suggesting Real Madrid might not really need him. They could rather use a center-forward like Haaland or Osimhen. By using formations like 4-3-1-2 or 4-4-2, they could maintain their leading status without even signing a CF. For Mbappe, Liverpool or Arsenal seem to be the most suitable choices. La Liga is really good now and becoming better. It only looks worse superficially because nothing can compare to the Messi-Ronaldo era. El clasico is definitely at a low point and most EPL fans only judge La Liga from that single game. I've been watching both EPL and La Liga since the 90s and the biggest difference is marketing. On that department, nothing can beat the EPL, but there is nothing especial about watching Tottenham, Newcastle, Chelsea, Man United or even Aston Villa in 2024 no matter how much they try to hype it.
