I think that the NCAA should be decertified as the arbiter of college sports in the United States. It could be done by an act of Congress, or by cutting off their funding through the state colleges, it could be done state by state with state laws, which control funding for college sports through their State Colleges and universities. You wouldn't need all of the states, a critical mass of a sufficient number of states would crater the whole corrupt system. 😈
