Jada Pinkett Smith and Whitley tried to raise the $1m bail money but Tupac's wife at the time had other ideas and that was to help get out on bail and sign to Death Row Records which Suge Knight said she was the one relentless with it so through Interscope the deal was made. So the question is why didn't Interscope first bail out 2Pac why did they wait until their subsidiary to be the face of bailing him out when in actual fact it was still through Interscope.
@shaun91836 ай бұрын
Nonsense jada is that you😂😂😂

Because like Suge said on his podcast. 2Pac was too much for Interscope Executives to handle. And they didn't want to deal with him too much anymore. But they knew that he was a money maker and still wanted that aspect from it. So Interscope Records did provide the bail money and a lockdown ass contract that went along with it. That explains why Pac was working like how he was working. Just let Suge Knight deal with the headache that was 2Pac. Suge said that 2Pac used to bust in their offices, calling them devils and shit.😂 The man had the number one album in the country. And Interscope Records left him in Jail to rot. But this way they can still cash in on him. Without having to deal with him directly.

@@kactusJacko It's called a "premature de@th" take for example Pharaoh's son in the book of Moses. Pharaoh's son had nothing to do directly with Moses & Pharaoh's coral about the Israelite slaves. However, it was because of the sins of his father (Pharaoh) that the son was taken. As a result of Pharaoh's own actions, worshipped other false gods & turning his heart from God that caused the curse of premature de@th to fall on his son.

Sure Knight was beating up Eazy, shaking down Uptown, dangling Vanilla Ice from a balcony for points and openly antagonizing Puffy on award shows well before Pac’s shooting/incarceration. This is just wrong. This is a narrow and primitive way of thinking. a. He could've died in NY at Quad Studios. b. He could've died in Marin City after that little kid got shot. c. He could've died in Atlanta when he shot those cops. d. He could've died in Chicago after dissing Black Disciples over the Yummy Sandifer situation. e. He could've died in LA after him and Treach got into it with the Rolling 60 Crips. f. He could've died in Sacramento when he pulled a gun on people to save Tim Dawg from a nightclub. g. He could've died in Memphis when he was try to fight 10 people before Digital Underground made him leave. He could've died in lots of different places in lots of different times. He just so happened to die in Vegas when he was with Death Row. STOP blaming Death Row. STOP blaming Suge. STOP blaming other people for 2Pac's decision. Pac was a grown man and was always involved in a ton of crazy shit _long_ before Death Row. He made the decision to bomb on someone who came back and shot him in a driveby. It's that simple. The person who predicted his death the most was Pac himself.

If he’s out on bail I believe and correct me if I’m wrong people bc I’m sure you will 😏 BUUUT whoever bails him out also will have terms and conditions that they must follow with a convicted felon out in public on their dime. He would’ve had to be living with Jada or Madonna I believe - I’m only saying that bc my own brother got bail in Florida and it’s crazy rules. But I’m know for a fact he would’ve had to live with whoever put the money up. And it’s not $1m it’s 10% of that so it only cost Suge $100k to get him out. I swear history needs to be corrected.

Well its very easy to say now he shouldn't have went because we all know the outcome was fatal. But at that time long ago it was a ideal situation for 2pac. Getting out of prison and getting back in the studio getting his paper back on. He had so much potential and so much equity and investment he felt Suge was the only one that could help him. We all know it was Interscope Death Row Jimmy Ivine anyway, so with him going to DR when they got him out was not going to far from where he started from. That song on Above The Rim and the $ Suge paid him to do it was the spark of his interest in Death Row. Nobody else was going to pay that huge amount to get him out of there. He had Makaveli already done and written back in the summer 2 months before he passed. That's crazy how genius he was.
