This audio is a digitized vinyl recording of preacher David Wilkerson preaching in the late 1960s on discipline and family life. Wilkerson was truly a prophet of God who never tried to appeal to carnal fleshly people by trying to be culturally relevant. Pastor David preached as he was convicted by the Holy Spirit in the light of Scripture alone. This sort of preaching was not popular in the 60s, but in the post-pandemic 21st century, the views and opinions expressed in this message would be immediately canceled and the messenger blackballed for good.

I got away from my overly religiously Catholic mom and lazy Playboy dad never came to one of my baseball games. But then my mother divorced him and became a born-again Christian and then I did too. Its been rough but I'm forever grateful to Jesus for finding me.

This is the truth being preached by such an honest humble man. To this day I still listen to this preacher. He does not hold back the truth!

I too was one of those kids but as I got older God showed me I needed to forgive and there was no reason for me to live a sinful life because I was sinning against God. That journey with God changed my life

Praise God for David Wilkerson! Satan has been attacking families for generations….. but now society turned its back on God, the children are being brainwashed constantly! We must be strong for them! We need to pray more than ever before for all the children suffering with all attacks

My dad did the same thing. They need to bring out the switches. Before I whooped my kids, I would say do you know why I'm whooping you, and they would say yeah and they would tell me. So they couldn't say they got a whooping for something they didn't know. I had three sons had to practically raise them on my own. Had a babysitter working 12:14 hour shifts. And then the summer the babysitter watch them. But if I got one phone call they were in serious trouble when I got home. And they knew that.

All rebels justify themselves by blaming someone else . They want to sin , they want their own ways and they blame the people that loved them most just to have an excuse to sin. Its always someone elses fault ? I don't agree. Why did the prodigal son go wrong ? Why did David's and Samuels sons go wrong ? Yep kids that are "down on their parents" is an old song and dance. I wonder what kind of parents the parents had ? God is our Father ... and look at us ! Can we blame God our Father for our rebellious ways? Society and the devil pulls these kids into believing lies. Period. Psychology today is koo koo. I used to listen to focus on the family and believed i was getting sound teaching. Uh uh. Nope. All we can do is our best.

I can tell you… I went wrong with my kids in the beginning, making life about What I want when in fact… my kids only wanted my time, my guidance and direction but most of all? To share the love of Jesus with them! I turned it around and hopefully? It was on time! ♥️ God loves you no matter what…

Unfortunately, you have no respect for God's Holy Word or the Holy Spirit when you decide to play this while monetizing your pockets with these ads in the middle of the Word being spoken. Sorry for the negative feedback but I can hear sermons on other channels with an hour to hours of content with not even one commercial, and this message had so many commercials I lost count like 10 commercials I think, it takes away from power of the message just being honest, trust the Lord to take care of your finances and out of all the videos you posted this is the only one that got the most views, I know you can take down these ads, I'm just being honest not offensive but all these commercials are annoying I'd rather go to other channels that don't have one commercial and I can get God's word without one distraction, God bless you.
